Aww- you're sweet, PK.

Bell, Book, and Candle is one of my favorite old movies. We had a Maine Coon, too! He was named Reggie and he was beautiful as well as the goofiest pet we ever had.

Welcome to BG and post often. I hope you're recovering well and that you're back on your feet soon.

Thank you so much Pye! I had a Maine Coon myself that would jump up from the floor onto my shoulder! I couldn't believe that, and he would drape himself across that shoulder and would stay there all day if I let him.

Recovery is coming along amazingly well, I haven't had a pain pill in a week and am getting around almost like normal, except I tire faster than ever. Need to build up strength again.

You can walk without dribbling and dragging your knuckles? That's excellent improvement. Keep it up.

Oh God Pye, NOBODY loves women like I love women, that's why I learned to play the drums when I was 8; couldn't WAIT to get into a band to be surrounded by groupies, lol! And everything you may have heard is true, even when one is not famous. Oh, and I was never married until I was 48, so I wasn't out cheating or anything, just taking full advantage. I revere women!

Thanks for sticking up for me!!!!!!

Arf, arf!

At least he swallowed, no mess to clean up.

Oh, and my family came here legally in 1824, so there's that....

1824. He could work with that. Let's see, the Kaiser's have had it with Europe after 15 years of fighting Napoleon and decide to flee to America. After taking nine years to sell their wiener schnitzel business, they finally get the money. See, not hard and he is a master.

So here's to a long, beautiful friendship. Hands across the sea and all that.

Oddly, after Waterloo, Napoleon himself was trying to flee to America. His brother successfully did and lived in New Jersey for years. I've often wondered what might have happened if Napoleon had made it here and entered U.S. politics.

That's kinda funny, you don't know how close to the truth you are. My great great (don't know how many greats) grandfather came over and started up a grocery in Columbus, Ohio. He worked hard and eventually was the only grocer during that period who had a horse drawn cart with which to make deliveries in the area.

Just read the pud's newest effort to look like an adult but oh my! And he doesn't even see how embarrassing his fourth grade humor is....

I wouldn't lump all of BG's characters into one category. So maybe, some should get hugs and kisses and others deserve to be killed with kindness.

I think between the two of us, Yorkie and me have deflowered three-quarters of BG.

And you're making fun of my command of the English language? Are you so poorly edumacated that you don't know the subject of that sentence is I have deflowered... NOT me have deflowered. OMG, how embarrassing for you! The sentence should actually read "...Yorkie and I have deflowered..."

QuoteBe honest, the only reason you married your sister is because your mother turned you down.

Wow, now that just isn't the quality response I have come to expect from this "master" Sredni. The reason I quit working with the Bob and Tom Show (apart from not getting paid) was I was so sick of the kindergarten humor they have used since the inception of their show, and I was still in my mid 20s when I left.

QuoteOh, just in case your aorta bursts apart and we are denied the inestimable pleasure of your posts in future, may I make a claim on your brain? In my leisure hours I am a mad scientist and am currently working on what I am calling "The Frankentard" and I think that pile of mush would fit the bill nicely. Don't worry about the cost, because I'll sort out the shipping and handling from my end - I'll send you a stamp and a match box.

This is just clever beyond belief. I'm sure you make your mother and your teachers proud, or did you actually pass your GCEs?

You let me down, man. You must be running out of schoolyard jokes to put me down with. Pitiful.

Hey, perhaps you can point to some of my misunderstanding of the English language so I can school you once again on how ill-educated your glorious UK schools have made you. But you likely won't, it's becoming way too embarrassing for you I'm sure.

*shakes head* so much smarter than we are....

Oh I do apologise. Did you need a grown up to read it to you? I'd make it simpler for you but I can't without the embarrasment of revisiting my early school years.

New national poll has The Donald at 53%.

Teen Tit Films Ted Crud is at a lowly 22%.  I guess all the praying his Mom does for him everyday isn't working out.  Not even God likes Ted Crud.

Foam Party Boy Little Marco is at an embarrassing 10%.  Little Marco was last seen circling public parks known to be a hook-up spot for gay men.

I would like to thank Black Lives Matter, and moveon.org for making this possible.  It warms my heart to see my candidate become even stronger because of the work and actions of these two organizations.

What ever happened to respectful disagreement and the free exchange of ideas.  Isn't that part of what made America great?
Yes.  All this violence is really disturbing.

I find the irony of the media trying to cover Trump delicious.  They moved from hard news to infotainment long ago.  Now they have reaped what they have sown and got Trump as a candidate.  This is a real life case of not seeing the forest through the trees. Most of the Republican debates have been circus-like and great for ratings.  Unfortunately they haven't told us much about the candidates positions, but we do know who can come up with "witty" barbs.  Perhaps this is the wakeup call we Americans need and we can all get our heads out of our asses prior to 2020.  Both sides need to find better candidates.

By the way I would prefer First Lady Trump to Bill Clinton.  At least one would look good in a pantsuit.

Until and unless we get campaign finance reform nothing will change.  Our elections, the choice of candidates, are mostly chosen by big money interests.

No one is even mentioning campaign finance reform.  People say we are owned by oligarchs.

In lieu of the latest national polls that show The Donald leading with 53% and in conjuction with the current polls concerning tomorrow's winner take all primaries, I offer a gift.  A token of friendship to my fellow Bellgbabber's who participated in vigorous political debates concerning the Republican nomination for 2016.

One thing The Donald has taught many of us is to be magnanimous winners.  So, without further delay, may I offer up a gift to those whose candidates weren't chosen by the voters!

I know many of you tomorrow will be glued to your TV's and computers, intently awaiting the results.  As the results come in, your eyes may well up in tears.  I understand, this has been an emotional campaign for everyone.

Now, after you dry your tears a lot of work must still be accomplished if we are going to elect The Donald this November.  We are all adults here, so I ask that those who were supporters of Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio join our ranks as Donald Trump supporters.

All will be forgiven.

However, a sign of loyalty and good faith is required on your part.  Until the election is through, you must change your avatar to the following image:

Those of you who have always been supporters of Trump may continue using your current avatar.  This is for only those who are new to our ranks and can be identified quickly.

After tomorrow let us all rally around Donald Trump and help him, help us, Make America Great Again!

you're only allowed to mention gun crime when committed by white republicans who are pro life.  see the bellgab terms of service.

The fact people go to events to protest does not surprise me. The fact that cops really did nothing to help people does not surprise me. MSM showing the same small fights over and over does not surprise me. People thinking this is going to effect Trump voters does surprise me!!1

It's utterly fascinating to me how people get all revved up about Trump being "presidential," yet gave the ruffian-in-chief Clinton (and to a lesser extent Kennedy) an absolute pass. I mean, how "presidential" was that Arkansas hillbilly? Really?

Now, let's get down to brass tacks: there are only a couple of real requirements one must have to be the president of the United States as found in our incredible constitution and neither of them say anything about being "presidential." Too bad this government stuff isn't taught in schools any longer, but that was by design....

It's not the degree of violence that anyone should sweat at this point. It's the fact that the candidate himself is encouraging it. You're willing to cut him a break at this point, but we'll see how you feel when the violence gets worse. It will as we get closer to the convention. And the convention threatens to be a bloody mess, inside and out.

Segundus, PKaiser here, pleasure to address you.

I'd like to give you something to think about: the United States of America was built on the freedom of the individual and there is no need for campaign finance reform in any way. If abortion rights are the most important thing to you shouldn't you have the right to give your money to Planned Parenthood so that they can get the ears of politicians in DC? If gun rights are what float your boat shouldn't you be free to donate to the NRA so they can plead your case? You should in no way be stopped from giving any amount of money to a candidate or a lobby. It's basic freedom of speech.

Besides, what we have is a REPRESENTATIONAL REPUBLIC and NOT a democracy. Giving money to lobbying groups is part of that representation and should never be hindered.
