Allied security services are holding back on giving the WH intelligence, because they don't trust it to stay there. Doesn't that concern you? You're ex military, and Im sure you had access to intel not sourced from the US IS, but allied. Whatever Trump might believe, the USA needs allies.

There is a very good chance that HRC emails were hacked, as well as the DNC, and we know the Podesta account was.

You're not familiar with investigations are you? Proper investigations follow the evidence, all of the evidence. If Flynn had been charged back at the beginning of January, tying up a prosection lawyer team, they wouldn't be dealing with what is likely to come in the coming weeks and months. The FBI have only just started. There'll be much more to come. You can quote me on that.

I don't think anyone has said conclusively that he broke the law, they are saying that it's a possibility pending further investigation. Obama has always been safety-first anyway, and he wouldn't dive into something unless it was iron-clad, especially during an election.
