Nope, they didn't. They reported that a report had been written up by an ex MI6 bod who had worked for both the Dems and the Reps. And the file he'd submitted revealed a connection between Trump, and his lackies and the Kremlin. Have you noticed how the allegation (probably a foil to try and make the whole report appear dodgy) about prostitutes was denied, but the rest wasn't?

Two Kremlin spooks who specifically were tasked with cyber crime have been arrested since last Christmas; one had a heart attack and was found in the trunk of a car, the normal behaviour of anyone having a heart attack? Might it just be that the said Kremlin spooks might have been the ones passing on the info to the ex MI6 spook and the FSB didn't like it and so nipped that in the bud? Might be!

Fortunately Trump loves the TV cameras and twatter so much there's little chance he can be misquoted.  : He even said it didn't rain at his inauguration, although everyone was in ponchos and carried umbrellas! So no misquoting there.
