So, the record company has agreed to let the Beatles company (Apple) control the decision on use rights.  Beatles songs (lyrics, melody, music) are still licensable for commercials but not the recording done by the Beatles.  That is, unless the Beatles sign off on it.

Being that they are complete assholes, no one at Apple Records will ever license them without a large paycheck and total control/final approval on everything. (Fuck charities, starving kids, helping the homeless (fuck Falkie).

He is a YouTube personality. And I have seen him cause drama with other podcasters/communities that were completely unrelated to HW, Art Bell, or Bellgab which is why I generally avoid him like the plague.

I think he can spin a good tale. Not sure what drama he has caused but the internets so? I do recall him saying some story about hiring, or getting, people to talk to people in the Quarter and they got into fights with drunks, or something. And some legal ramifications?
