As for Vara, hes making a sound business decision in grabbing up HW since the massive bump in numbers, even if short lived, will bring many people to his 'network' (BUT...I'm thinking things might not be as peachy as they are being presented with all the other hosts over there happily acquiescing the moving of time slots and kneeling before the new temporary 'queen' without the advantage of even a blowjob) but as for Heather she really should have gone somewhere else.

If you see an infringement of your intellectual property and knowingly do nothing, you weaken your  claim and defense. Doing nothing is not an option.

Anyone who knowingly takes on Heather's infringing program is setting themselves up for a DMCA take down. Maybe the first guy wanted to stay in business, if you call it a business.

Non-compete clause agreements are valid in most states, including Nevada and Arizona.  If  Heather plays the "screw you" card on top of a possible web take down, it will cost her thousands, even with an LLC or some other business entity  to protect her cuckshed and inheretance.
