Sure a pure white society with commonly-shared values and (until a few years ago a State Church ) (And it does help to get that oil&gas for a certain formerly poor cousin.)    Wasn't so nice even just a few decades ago and some of them getting worse now with the bad prices (though good sovereign wealth management and not "democratic" or "socialists" about it means it does a decent job) and the immigration schemes? Recall that our country is older than most of theirs (in terms of independence) and civil rights. I dunno about best, personally I think a Star Trek utopia would be best if we could pull it off. But I would say that a benign dictatorship is the most effective form of government.

I like canton-system or confederation of independent States in the case of a multicultural country/region, or, at least, 'Noblesse oblige' with low-taxes, secure border, privacy rules, high wages, secure borders and relatively homogeneous population. Smaller is better, with good diplomacy, defense, and connections and social familiarity and cohesiveness.

You said a system theoritically based on reason. They had their reasons. You might not agree with the rationale or the reason, and I never said I did. I wouldn't make a generalization for anything other than communism. Communism has wreaked more havoc since 1917 than any other system of government.

I'm like Donald Trump in that I just want to see America be great again. I think it was great when everyone had a shot at it's dream, not just the power elite. If there was ever really a time like that it sounds like a time I'd wanna live in. Apparently, that version got sold back to Great Britain in the early 20th century.

That and a poll-tax, or at least a competency test. Really I think land ownership (no liens or mortgage) to also vote on any property tax increase or bond-issue. Grandfather clause also for new arrivals (even interstate- no more Californians moving some where and turning their new domicile into the taxing, weird values place they fled!) And no more tax breaks for companies or corporations to move, flee, or invest. And board-of-directors are criminally responsible for board decisions they make.

Hi guys and gals.  I'm listening to this guy on Heather's show and while I think he's onto something when it comes to some cases, his unified theory doesn't explain everything like Civil War soldiers walking through battlefields.  I don't think he is particularly intuitive.

Many hauntings start slowly because the negative spirits like to build up the fear and feed off it.  You go full-tilt Amityville at the get-go and the family is not going to think twice about moving or calling in some heavy-duty help.
