Thanks for posting Brig. This was a good episode to hear, filled in a lot of blanks in my Bellgab historical knowledge (which is what one catches up on, on a Saturday night, right?).

Kind of an eye-opener. I had not heard of "The Interview" between Heather and Art before. And that (I guess?) there was one between Art and Senda?? And the HW one is posted to Jazmunda's YouTube account (lol!)? Wow. And I don't think I'd heard "Jazz" before, he seems like a really cool dude. So does Onan and the other guy on there. Always fun to put a voice with a posted name.

I'm a couple days late but I need to say how terrible Thursday's show on Malachi Martin was.  I was gobsmacked by how little the guest, Marty Stalker, knew about Martin the man and the priest.  HW was more knowledgeable about MM.  Not to mention that his midlands accent and stutter were almost unintelligible.  I don't think Bell would have kept him around for more than one segment.

There's not much of her to hear.  She basically slimed her way onto the show and now she holds the slot and the community hostage.  It sucks that she won't leave.  I've resigned myself to listening to Noory's show at night until Keith and/or Art throw us a lifeline and get Heather outta there.

Not trying to rehash the past; but my understanding is, Art, heard Heather on a few GabCasts, and from that small sample size he wanted her? Like she was a can't miss rising star??? I know she went to Art's house for an interview and the rest is history. I still remember being shocked that she was in anyway associated with MITD...

Me, too.  I listen to C2C or fall asleep.  I've not tried HW, and from the comments here, have no desire to. 

I questioned Art's integrity when he started stirring up Y2k panic so his sponsors could sell more emergency gear/food, and since this MITD also turned into a big sham, I am really fed up with Mr.Bell.

Keep in mind Producer Paul and Dr J both declined to come back this go around. I imagine they both still like Art, but they probably didn't want to risk their current jobs on how long Art would be on the air.

His show was still live when he was trying to be the MITD producer. That was part of the problem. If you look at the first few weeks of MITD guests, they had just been on Dr. j's show in the preceding month. He was only working part time on MITD. I don't know if he was fired, quit, or it was a mutual agreement.  But he was only doing it part time.
