I knew a guy who enjoyed that trick. Crazy, and mean (though now maybe could get federal funds and acceptance or at least a reality show.) Back in the crazy days, there were known "places" for those types, especially across the border. But younger folks wouldn't know and he would play pranks. Everyone drunk, tired from work, etc and hey, let's go to this place, get a young guy laid....until uh oh. Dude looks like a lady, or actually opposite. Mean guy and thing but, could be an MTV show.
