Here is something that will shock people. I don't think Citizens United was completely a bad ruling. I have certain issues with it but other aspects, it's complicated and I can understand.

If they wouod get rid of the foreign contributions I would be happier.

LOL.  I bet with all of those Misfits posters and the like.  I take it you are single.  Very few women would want to live in such an environment for an extended length of time.

LOL i haven't had a misfits poster on my walls in decades. i have a few vintage toys laying around but mostly it's minimalistic and simple/tidy. i like clean walls, i hate clutter. in my bedroom i have a unique picture of darth vader's helmet on my wall, and a shrunken skull or two here and there which i made from scratch. that is it.

i have recently come out of a long term live-in relationship that was on the verge of going to the next level. i have been married before but this one ruined me when it ended. i am usually sober but still want to be dead. i am able to have flings and mini relationships with others but i am not really into investing into that kind of bullshit at this point in life. recently i was involved with a russian girl with a 2 year old kid. we were apples and oranges. i'm not sure where i will be in a year. probably at some divebar at 3am watching punk bands work for a living, playing for beer. i might be okay with it.

Do we need a special law to say I can't rob gay chinese druids?  Probably not but maybe better to be explicit about it.

I only went to the movie to see how they turned a short story into a full length movie.

At the beginning the couple is driving the car down a road between two corn fields. The camera is aimed back into the windshield. On the dashboard in front of the woman on the passengers side is a copy of the paperback "Night Shift". That was the collection of short stories that contained Children of the Corn.

The only Steven King movie that was good besides Carrie was the one he hated the most, The Shining.  ;)

I wasn't counting TV movies but I heard that was good too.

The Langoliers mini-series was kinda cool for it's time.

Correct. Everyone has the right to 5.

I have run out of flavors to try. Don't think I want to taste any more cake.

I've liked some of his adaptations into tv and movies.  I liked Salem's Lot, The Running Man, The Shining, It,  Pet Semetary and Christine.  A few others.  Much of his stuff was turned into garbage though like the one he directed, Maximum Overdrive.  ::)

The Stand should have never been attempted.  All I can remember from that though is Kareem Abdul Jabbar yelling that the end was here.  Not a bright spot.

Cujo pissed me off. They changed the ending.

We did amend the Constitution. It's called the 14th amendment.

Did you hear they're doing a Dark Tower movie?  Have no idea how they'll pull that off.  Pretty crazy series - I read through the third book and was like wtf, although some of it's pretty cool.

The Shawshank Redemption.  Great short story.  Give Salem's Lot a try.  I think it is still my favorite book of his though The Stand is very close.

I always forget that's King. Yes, universally loved movie. The Green Mile too, right?

They should get Hugh Jackman to play Roland.  The character reminds me of The Man With No Name and Hugh looks a lot like Clint.
