Being upset is ok.  We all get upset.  But sometimes we need to let go.  I've had people say some awful things to me here and elsewhere.  I can rise above this.  So can you.  Go ahead and get your anger out of your system, that's fine.  Really, just yell it out.  But after, there is a time for reconciliation.  Let it go, come back and join us as fellow imperfect human beings. 

Acknowledging others' imperfections helps you accept yourself, because we are all imperfect here on earth.  It is ok. You can tolerate people without agreeing with them.  I tolerate people here who I disagree with on certain things.  They tolerate my stupid stuff too.  I say alot of stupid stuff, yet they give me a break.  It's a beautiful, if difficult thing.  Give it a try.  I'm not trying to give you a hard time, just expressing my thoughts.  If that makes you angry at me too then so be it.  But it is said with honest good intent.
