Hoagland is sure good at figuring out how to shake money out of people.

You tried calling in?  I'm probably blocked too after last night. :D

I feel like Trump has the best shot at keeping Hillary a civilian.

I rarely talk politics but I can assure you I am not a fan of that woman....since day one.  Kinda like I've hated Oprah since high school in 1988.  ;D  It's instinct and unexplainable.

Yes...I tried calling...yesterday as well, but I wasn't going to prank.  I was going to take a different approach to the end game.  ;)

Wtf have they gone all high-tech now?  What happened to the raw, unfiltered show brimming with brappable moments?  Maybe some torsion field decay phenomenon.
This is what Hoaxy must be thinking:

Well all, enjoyed monitoring the thread like old days, but this time I had the stream off.  This way I can get the basics without risking exposure to full direct Hoagie waves.  However I shall build up my defensive torsion field in any case.  Nite.

"All great migrations took place on ships"

Never mind the fact that much of the Migration Period was land-based.

Apparently Hoagland's grasp of history is no better than his knowledge of science.

AAAAAAaaaaaaah....
This is 1,000x better than the last program that was on ;)

Yeah, it sucks. I was interested in the topic but on the other hand he screwed with someones livelihood (saucyrossy's) So I guess I should turn it off right when Hoagland comes on.

The biggest thing I took away was that, being a cowboy was NOTHING like the old movies. Most of the time it was cold, hard, boring WORK. But the off-time was wild and if you didn't watch your mouth you'd definitely get your shit slapped... or your throat slit. He showed me, what he said was, a real nasty knife-wound scar in his side and he had a face like he'd been drug through 20 miles of barbed wire.

Yeah, I tried to read between the lines, knowing what they had back then. I would like to know more though.

I think I'll be doing that from now on too - Unless something interesting gets posted here.

There ain't no Frikkin ships crossing the southern border and it is the greatestnlargest migration ever. Illegal one at that.

Hey Bruuupsters (hope I'm current) I'm still here. Can someone record one of my commercials?...I've never heard it post-production and post a link? Thanks in advance...Also, I just did a thermal cam test of my emdrive. It took me a while to save up for it, but donations helped. Some of this scientific stuff gets too pricey for the average home-boy budget. Anyway, the thermal movie was done to find out where the focused heating was occuring on the device....almost 300 degrees F smack dab on the magnetron. Here's the thermal movie, crank it up:

Hmmm, its possible Hoagie got the idea for tonight's show topic from that ocean liner on Mars photo he posted on his website last week?  8)

Scott MmmmmKay mentioned it first, if I remember right, the first night he was on.  Maybe it's a personal interest of his?

I'm sorry I missed it; I fell asleep.  I read GFP liked it so I probably would've.  Too bad.

Thanks to whoever posted the infamous useless eaters clip, as well as the full train wreck of a troll show from two nights ago.  Good GOD, that was a rough listen.  Not having been here long, I don't have the same behind-the-scenes view, or the loyalties, that a lot of others here have, but no matter... that was tense, and BAD, bad news for Hoagland.  What a shame.  Screwed up royal, and I'd add my voice to that whole if-pology conversation.  Add an "if you took it wrong," it negates the whole thing--and I've been through enough damn therapy to know.

Here's hoping that whatever happens, happens quickly.

Either way, this is an amusing series of real-time commentary to watch... and I'm probably gonna listen to OSOM *more* than I would have, otherwise.  This is like a low-level, 10% version of the time Charlie Sheen cracked while everyone was watching.  Hoagland may not have claimed to have tiger blood (yet), but time will tell where he goes with things...

Aren't you proud to have such a shining example, represent you to the rest of the world internet steaming pit of sewage?

What would be the point of preserving the SS United States? Does it still hold records? And why we deny China valuable scrap metal to build skyscrapers and factories that employ countless children?

Seriously. Is the old boat worth saving?

I'm sorry that I listened to Hoagland's show last night.  I've seen the SS United States; it's absolute masterpiece of American industry at its zenith and its near certain loss is depressing.  Too bad the show was squandered on an audience more into imaginary Martian artifacts than our own.

Cream always rises to the top. It was only a matter of time before Falkie made it big. He's an internet superstar. Next stop, Hollywood.

I also miss the days of the US building the biggest and best of everything and also like ships but it looks too far gone. Tow it to those beaches in India, or is it Bangladesh, and let those little kids and guys swarm over it like ants and take it apart in a matter of days without any real tools. And film it by drone in HD and make a movie for youtube or tv. That stuff is crazy to watch. The men and teens swarm the ship, the women and kids sift through sand to find loosed bolts etc. And all is sort for scrap so they can eat some gruel. Sort of sad, but amazing to see.
