Yes, but Iran screams at the top of its lungs a lot that it wants to destroy Israel and the US is the great Satan. I mean, probably not a good idea to ignore that, since, well, they keep publically screaming it even while the deal is being made.

Everyone's hair will be set on fire by rhetoric.  Of course this will be a hot button regarding the deal.  Iran has the second largest population of Jews in the middle east.  I worry less about Iran than I do Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

Well, that's politics and religion. Of course there is no basic reasoning to it, it's more about emotion. That's human politics in any country. I would be very worried about Saudi Arabia getting nukes, there is an undercurrent there as far as religion that scares me.
