Do the youth really care about Blink-182? I mention groups from the 90s I listen to to 20 Year olds these days, and they've never heard of them.

Yeah good point but maybe to the gov't types it's all part of the same rock-n-roll culture.  (They might lean more towards Noory-esque musical tastes?)

Same here.  Only I chase them away with talk about walking miles to school, barefeet, in the snow.  Blink dude was driving me up the wall with his 'you know" habit.  I wonder if ET abducts valley guys.

I'm halfway through Sekret Machines. It's fast paced, but the first third or so is all setting up the characters and the different paths in the series. It goes from modern Afghanistan to wartime Poland, to modern Area 51, high financial stakes in the UK, and underlying stories about technologies at each of these junctions. So far, it's a good read and I'll probably finish the book in a day.

Despite myself, I was fascinated by Tom Delonge. I had the same thought about him - why a rock star and not one of the established types like Basset, but then it seemed like this guy is not touched by any agenda as the rest of the ufo community, good researchers and quacks, are. And I also thought that he's told Knapp more than he let on in the interview, like some of those names he keeps mentioning, although in the preface, it's pretty obvious he's met with Podesta and Podesta has an agenda regarding ufos and public information, which comes as no surprise.

It seems odd that so many people would go to the trouble to meet with him in some kind of an elaborate discrediting scheme, like LMH or Paul Bennewitz and if  what I think I heard him say about countries being manipulated by these 'others', then they're not the benevolent little heroes of Steven Spielberg and more the danger that Stephen Hawking warned about in speaking about trying to contact alien races. Gave me a lot to t hink about, some of it quite frightening.

I don't know who informed me about that website....but, it was someone on Bell Gab.  I wish I could thank that person because I have had many wonderful nights listening to old Bell, Knapp, etc....programs.....and, I so enjoy them.

Sip that whiskey and enjoy the dark sky......life is good when we have intelligent programs that enhance and challenge our interests!

I've listened to Tom DeLonge's interview several times and went back and listened to his conversation with Knapp in 2014. I don't know if anyone else came away with t he same impression, but there are only a handful of people in the UFO field I actually will go out of my way to listen to and he's become one of them, along with Robert Hastings and Jacques Vallee. I don't know why, can't really explain it,  but after scoffing that he was full of it, I  listened closely and he comes across as someone who really knows his stuff and has some good connections.  I enjoyed the book and am waiting for the doc later this year. I think he's someone to watch, and I also think this is the beginning of the disclosure everyone's been asking for, only not in the way they expected and there will be major butthurt amongst the usual professional Ufoers.

Sunday's lineup sounds excellent!
