Yeah, my fellow Americans did that. Xin Loi, sorry 'bout that.

You mean Obama the Muslim?

I mean Obama the gutless liberal Muslim apologist, and likely closet Muslim, who's policies in Iraq are the exact reason Isis exists and is able to carry out their atrocities for you to sit and enjoy watching, pig feces.

The guy holding the knife and speaking has an English accent.

No, there's no Islamic problem in the UK or the rest of the West with some of the people we've imported.  Or are allowing to walk in across our border unquestioned.

As long as they sign up for handouts and vote Democrat, right?

What they're hoping is that Muslim extremists will only kill people that liberal democrats cannot defeat politically, and vote for liberal democrat policies in return for free stuff... If a reporter or two has to die in the process that's just the cost of doing business.

You think the barbaric thug cutting someones head off is a liberal? Can I be there when you tell him? In fact you share a lot with said thug; anti gay, anti sex before marriage (officially at least), anti equality for women, anti government, pro weapon issuing without psychological assessment first (You both hate the idea of being told what you can and can't do), anti welfare, anti health care for everyone.

Yep, I'd say you have more in common than you'd like to admit to, but liberal you're both not.

It's ironic how right wingers see the threat and rare violent occurrence from domestic Islamists that arise from individual rights of religion and expression as things to be squarely blamed on progressive ideology, but the real and colossal toll of deaths and maiming directly resulting from another individual right is to be blamed solely on individuals who commit them.

Without guys like that, we'd have to rely on assumptions, rumor, and propaganda.

So let me get this straight: the USA relies on reporters for intelligence information.

What a crock of self-aggrandizing horseshit.  Reporters dispense this crap all the time.  They have to tell us how important they are; otherwise, how would we know?  Remember that chick who got gang-raped by the crowd of demonstrators in Egypt some time back?  She decided that it would make for a more compelling shot to be in the thick of the crowd.  Not because it added any information to the story or gave any additional insight into the situation at all, but because she wanted to look "involved" in the situation, for her own professional benefit.  Utterly idiotic move, and she paid the price for it.  Then, story after story about her bravery and how dangerous it is for "journalists" out there and why we should treasure them.  While elsewhere on planet Earth the penalty for titantic fuckups in your profession would be demotion or loss of your job, in the world of the media it just creates more story opportunities -- the more you fuck up, the more work opportunities are available to you.

The truth is that there is no lower profession, ethically, than being a media whore.  I don't find this incident a tragedy or even a matter to regret.  Rather, it is an excellent start.

Is a beheading any worse or better than being shot from a marketing point of view? It might be best not to point out an isolated incident from a thug when you have mass killings on a weekly basis in the States, that are so common they don't even get in the news.

I think shooting to the head would be much better, especially the way the nice Muslims do their beheadings which aren't quick operations. So if I being a white kaffir infidel had to choose I would go for the gunshot, preferably coup-de-gras style to back of head. Of course, I would much rather not have to make that choice and get rid of the scum in our societies. Enoch was right.

Where's that come from?  Who mentioned intelligence?  By "we", I simply mean we poor unwashed who must rely on the likes of Reuters, AP, CNN etc. for information of the goings on in the world. There's no doubt that TV has made reporting more theatrical, and like the current fiasco in MO, little more than ambulance chasing.  Who's fault is that?  But it's still our best source of info on events.  Without the "media whores" you'd know only what the official channels wanted you to know.  "No lower profession"?  Reporters are imperfect and sometimes ego-driven. but I also recognize them as society's white canes as we blindly make our way through an obstacle course of partisan and ideological disinformation.

Is 'Enoch was right' in the Albrecht lexicon of suffixes together with 'The character Obama'?

Oh how quaint; you don't know which Enoch Albrecht is referring to. He's referring to a former Conservative (later elected an MP in NI) MP who was quite a formidable and highly intelligent man. He made a speech in the 60's.... Albrecht will tell you the rest.

Man was brilliant. And accurate in his analysis of the US problem and what the future of Britain would become.
For those unaware of his genius there are several website with some of his speeches archived, the most famous can be accessed here:

I believe the Koran specifies "striking/smiting the neck" for execution of enemies of Islam. The fundamentalists' interpretation of "strike" is typically the most gruesome possible.  Though the daily violence we accept in the US is tragic, the sadism and cruelty of these zealots, especially by one who lived in the UK long enough to have an accent, is incomprehensible and on a level only very rarely matched by the sickest psychopaths here.

You'll find no argument from me on that score. It's why I find it ridiculous when the politicians go on telly and condemn it; the people it's directed at couldn't care less, and may probably get off on it because it means they're being taken notice of. I really don't know what the answer is, I don't think anyone does. Logistically, rescuing those who just want to live in peace to a safe place, eradicating the filth, and then repatriating the rescued is impossible without some multi-national co-operation that hasn't ever happened in the past.

It's worse than that.

The 'Progressive' 'intellectual' leadership (not the swooners - who think they are the compassionate ones, not even most of the folks in Congress or in government 0 who foolishly do their bidding out of greed and lust for power, but the ones with the long term agenda) have the same goals and the same enemies as the Islamists.

They both hate the rest of us - with Israel and the US at the top of the list, followed by Europe and any Christians anywhere - and they both want a one-world government run by themselves.  They probably aren't (yet) in cahoots, and the Islamists don't give a rip what the 'Progressives' are doing, but these 'Progressives intellectuals' don't mind the terrorists creating chaos and moving towards their worldwide 'Caliphate'.  They'll worry about the Jihadists after the rest of us are defeated and gone.

We see the hand of our enemy within in Obama's actions, we see it in the open southern border, and we see it in our immigration policy (how many Germans did we import during WWII ?  How many entered our country illegally during the war ?  How many weapons did FDR provide them ?).  This isn't that difficult - if we listen closely, we can hear the hard Left telling us how much they despise us every day.

Oh give it a fucking rest about the 'hard left'. You wouldn't know who was hard left if they came up and punched you on the nose and put a sign around your neck.

As for Germans being imported to the US...and South America with US help (All war criminals), might be best not to go there.

I cannot believe there are people on this forum politicizing this. Let's argue over semantics, shall we? Please.

ISIL is pure evil.  The civilized world has an obligation to destroy these savages. Even the Pope, has spoken about it. He is urging the rest of the world to come to the aid and protection of the innocent, defenseless people of Iraq.

If Obama does not act decisively, and soon, he will have blood on his hands. The blood of our friends and allies who stood with us, shoulder to shoulder, during the Iraq war.

Since you respond to most of my posts, I assumed you read them.  Perhaps not, so here's some of what he's doing wrong, and a few suggestions to consider.

1) Projecting weakness.  That is a big one.  Goddamn this guy is weak, and worse - clueless.  Get off the damn golf course, cancel the fundraisers, the photo ops, and the vacations, and at least pretend to be involved.  Listen to the generals and pay attention to the daily briefing.  Put together some strategic goals, then work on tactics to get them accomplished.  This is assuming he has the best interests of the US at heart, which is very much in doubt.

I do read your posts and I believe your frustration is sincere.  It's why I asked rather than immediately "leap to the defense" of Barry O.

I voted for Barack Obama because I am sick of seeing American troops put into life and death situations based on "interests" Iraq was an interest of the Bush Administration, not the nation at large.  Afghanistan was mishandled, though Bin Laden was eventually killed.  How do you fight through that kind of corruption?
I don't agree that dispensing with violence is "American Power."

QuoteSignaling disinterest and incompetence.

Disinterest in what?  Crimea?  Israel? What more would someone else have done that would not result in our involvement in yet more war?  South China Sea?  Japan and China need to learn to live together; why do we have to always be involved over there?

By the by, I hope you are paying close attention, because China is about to drag us into another Depression.  Talk about "waste".

QuoteAbandoning our friends and allies and destroying our relationships with them.

Who have we abandoned?  Israel?  We just sent them a boatload of missiles and have been trying to help negotiate peace.  Netanyahu is the one abandoning us to keep conservatives happy.

QuoteReacting (and worse, too often not even reacting) to events instead of having strategic plans, or an 'Obama doctrine' in place, and executing them.

You mean like killing bin Laden?
Honestly, I don't know what you're referring to.  The sanctions against Putin?  Did you read where most of the original Russian separatists have already quit the fight?
I think the Obama Doctrine is geared toward answering challenges through diplomacy, back channel communication, and through intermediary rather than shaking our fists all the time.

QuoteLeaving idiots (Hegel) and traitors (Kerry) in place in key posts instead of knowledgeable competent accomplished foreign policy experts.

Two soldiers who served in Vietnam (Hagel - two purple hearts, Kerry awarded many medals) and were elected to the United States Senate (Both served on Foreign Relations - Kerry chaired).
You call them "idiots" and "traitors".  I will refrain from starting a mudfight but I will say not only do I disagree with your perspective but I find it highly offensive that you besmirch soldiers and statesmen in this manner.  Not to mention, who is more accomplished to perform these jobs?

QuoteInviting the enemy to the White House literally hundreds of times - i.e., CAIR (the US propaganda arm of Hamas), and the Muslim Brotherhood (the fount of all Sunni terror groups).
In the hopes of peace?  What do you suppose they were discussing?

QuoteDestroying the competence and fighting ability of our military.

You mean with a stop-loss strategy of recalling people who have more than done their duty already?

QuoteSupporting the enemy with weapons and/or rhetoric - in Gaza, Libya, Egypt, Syria..

I'm sorry, but that's specious.  There has been no such occurrence.

Quote2) It seems like anyone would do better.  To answer your question lets look at some of the potential responses that someone more competent and, frankly, more interested might consider:

Send the weapons requested and desperately needed to our friends the Egyptian army, the Kurds, the government in Ukraine.  Do you know Barry briefly blocked the restocking of depleted missile defense system material to Israel recently, and suggested he may do so in the future?  WTF is that?

Yes, he did.  Briefly.  He is trying to wean Israel off of starting fights and expecting us to step in.  I am frustrated by Netanyahu.  He is always spoiling for a fight and expects us to step in to assist.

Eqypt, by the way, not our friends.  And the Kurds?  I'm not trying to be rude, but the air strikes in Iraq have been in support of the peshmerga, as well as protecting our consulate in Urbil.

QuotePut a competent foreign policy team in place, starting at State and Defense.

Reverse the hollowing out the military.  He's fired and firing hundreds of top brass, canceled necessary weapons programs, mothballed needed ships, downsized troop count, transferred our military gear to police departments and Federal agencies, etc.

People like me elected him to do this; I am beyond sick and tired of chicken hawk diplomacy. We have values, we should live up to them.  We have "interests", we should negotiate for them.  If there's a direct threat to this nation, we have more than enough defense to defend our country.

Too many senior Pentagon officials are just waiting out retirement to jump over to defense contracting or private special operative companies like Blackwater.  Too many contracts are bid quid pro quo, with positions as contractors and lobbyists awaiting military leaders who are supposed to defend this country.  Too many weapons programs are redundant and way overrun on cost (F-35?)

"Needed ships"?  To protect cargo ships from China so Wal-Mart can sell goods?  Sorry, not on my dime.  Let China protect their own cargo ships, or let Wal-Mart pay a service charge and hire in ships.

QuoteMake the defeat of ISIS a strategic goal, and put together a plan to do so.  The world is waiting.  We have allies in the region to do the fighting, we and our NATO allies can provide strategic airstrikes and support, weapons, food, supplies
Again, we have been supplying humanitarian aid, but why should we carry the freight for the Middle East? Do you really think is ISIS is committed to attacking us that fighting a non-stop war in Iraq will "keep them there"?  Unlikely.
Honestly, we need to go back to the very counterterrorism investigations we were doing pre-9/11.  We had lines on all of these guys and political actors in high levels of government ignored and denied the grunt work.

QuoteTell China their attempted annexation of the East China Sea and the North China Sea is unacceptable, station a carrier and schedule flyovers in each.  Insist international waters continue to be free and open to all traffic.  Insist on peaceful negotiations between China and the other countries that have claims to various island groups China is also claiming - Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei
No.  See above.  Not carrying Japan or Vietnam's freight, either.

QuoteIn response to Putin's actions in the Crimea and Ukraine, re-start the radar stations in Poland and the Czech Republic, send a small force and defensive material to each of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland as a show of solidarity with them against any ambitions by Russia.

The evidence supports that sanctions are working; the "Separatists" are losing their taste for the fight; even Putin appears to be looking for a face-saving end.  Europe, so far, is standing strong.

QuoteNow that the true freedom fighters in Syria have been mostly replaced by Sunni terrorist groups, including ISIS, support al-Assad in Syria.

No offense, but NO.

QuoteVoid that stupid 'treaty' with Iran and inform them development of a nuclear weapon will not be tolerated.
That "stupid treaty" is working; enough with the fist waving.

QuoteStart supporting Israel against the Hamas barbarians

We do.  No evidence to the contrary.  Israel needs to use more discretion in targeting, though.

QuoteTake a harder line on Turkey when their actions are unhelpful - in either Gaza or Syria/Iraq

I prefer to try to work Turkey back into a European mode than the Islamic fundamentalist mode they're drifting into.

QuoteClose the damn border to illegal entry.  We need to know who is coming in, and at least deny entry to criminals, gang members, cartel members, people with diseases - and individuals from parts of the world other than Latin America.  The damage is done, no doubt Islamic terrorists have already come in and are already here, but we may as well close the door to more.

Sure.  No argument there.

Quote3) A competent President could possibly be able get Iran to help against ISIS as part of an alliance that included our friends in the region and our western NATO allies.  Iran is working with the government in Iraq against ISIS now, it's probably best if they were working within a coalition with us rather than outside and against our interests.  That is the sort of thing that could lead to closer ties and even an end to their nuclear adventure, but achieving this is well beyond the ability of anyone in this administration.

Well, he started to until conservatives started flapping gums here causing conservatives in Iran to flap back.  Remember they had offered to assist us.

QuoteSame with Putin and Syria - a competent President could possibly work together with Assad and Putin on the Syrian front, but Obama is too far out of his depth when it comes to diplomacy or negotiations with friends, let alone leaders and nations who we don't have the best relationships with.

Of course it's too late for much of this for Obama.  Not only wouldn't he do any of it, he couldn't.  He doesn't get it and he's not ever going to get it.  6 years into his Presidency, no one would take him seriously, and any attempt at what they would see as false bravado would be met by further testing his resolve.

His best move, and the best move for the country, would be for him to resign.

I do read your stuff.  Sometimes you make sense, other times it's diatribe.  You resent Barack Obama.  I don't see, however, how he has harmed this country from a foreign policy position.  If our policy is solely "walk loudly, swing big stick", then we will never solve these crises.
