You fuckin parasite.

I take it back, you deserve to get evicted and suck cock on the street for burger money.  I can't believe I am paying to keep you alive.
Welcome to SendaWorld.  Pls leave your grift offering as you enter, and again, as you exit.

Let me make this so simple even you can understand it.  Senda is on SSI, Food Assistance and Medicaid.  If he receives a total of $50 in one month, even from multiple sources, he is required to report it to his case worker.  Still don't get it?  Let's illustrate it, shall we?

George Noory sends him a check for $240 for glasses.  Senda is required to report it to his case worker.
George Noory sends him a check for $250 for making an ass of himself of Skype.  Senda is required to report it to his case worker.
Senda's "fans" donate a total of $73.11 to his t-shirt fund.  Senda is required to report it to his case worker.

First, he is not on Medicaid, he's on Medical.   I don't know the name of the other programs he's on.  Maybe he'll fill you in or correct you if you're wrong, which I am guessing you might be since I know Medical is the correct program he's on for health care.

I agree with you that if his program requires him to report stuff he should, but I highly doubt they are asking him to report gifts.   The glasses were definitely a gift.  The $250 for skyping, who knows what arrangement he had with Noory, he never told me.  As for the others giving him stuff, those were either gifts or loans.   I was specifically talking about panhandling, and with panhandling it would definitely be a gift.  And you would be wrong about the total of all gifts, it would be about total of gifts from a single person within a certain period.

I'm editing this, so you might have already responded, but if you were correct, everyone who gets food from the food bank or a church would have to report that as income.  I don't think so.

How did that home pass inspection? It is still packed to the gills.

It isn't Senda in that post. MV will no doubt have the IP of both posts.

Asking MV to provide you with that detail will only prove how wrong you are.   You're such a tool, pud face.

Let's get this straight dude, you want him to get evicted and be forced into prostitution to survive, and I'm the scumbag for wanting him to succeed with embarrassing videos?  Oh.  Okay, I get it now!

Vashtar, you're wrong.  You can accept gifts from anyone, as long as it's under 13k you don't have to report it.  You can keep spewing your garbage and maybe someone will listen to you, but most people will agree on top of the legal point that no one will ever #1 know or #2 care if Falkie received a small hand out.

The welfare people will nail anyone who tries to do something without their knowledge. We know that, you know that. But you are a drama queen who gets off on all of this and doesn't care what happens as long as you can get involved.

If you really don't understand what I am trying to tell you then there really is no hope. We are talking about income that can be reported and calculated. Panhandling is another area altogether and will get him into all sorts of trouble. Just saying the thing over and over might convince Falkie, but most people will not be taken in.

I don't know if this is all some shtick you have got going on here. If so, well done. Otherwise you are an unpleasant man and no good to anyone.

It isn't for Senda to decide if it's a gift; it's the welfare people to decide, because if he takes the former position, and decides those 'idiots' in the welfar department know jack shit anyway, they'll maybe decide to go through everything he's not claimed for. THey'll maybe make enquiries.. You know the phrase dog with a bone I take it? Maybe as you're so pally with Senda, you should tell him also.

Right, I am referring only to panhandling, as in my original question, ace.

LOL, like what, another bum trying to take his "earnings" from him?  I see the same panhandlers every day when I drive through town.   I don't think they're getting into much trouble, at least not here.  Maybe there are laws in Martinez, and that would be for Falkie to figure out if he had any interest in doing it - which as I said, he didn't.

I pass by panhandlers every morning. The easy tell is to look how they are shod.

These panhandlers you see? Are they getting contracts from George Noory too? And begging for t shirt money on their own websites?

Medicaid is a federal program administered by the states.  Most states, like the federal government, call it Medicaid.  California calls their Medicaid program (funded by the federal government)  Medi-Cal.  Medi-Cal, Medi-Cali, Med-Falkie, its still Medicaid.

Falkie is on Medicaid.

Ohhh, it's like arguing with some brilliant advocate, how you turn my words against me!!!

The panhandlers you see have no alternative and probably live in hostels. They aren't sturdy beggars like Falkie. Just learn to accept the fact that you went to school on the short bus and learn not to mix it with grown-ups. It just gets you all confused.

Drone is suffering from Noory Syndrome. Outwardly pleasant, but a real nasty one under the surface. The comparison breaks down though when you compare intellects. Dave is much brighter.

Ahh, good times on the Ave..  I remember people used to call them "Ave rats."

Falkie actually told me himself that he didn't believe he could beg for money on the street because he looks too affluent when I asked him if he had ever thought about it.   It's a legitimate question because he does already ask for money in some of his videos.  We had a discussion about it and I thought I'd post here to see what people said.  So for the record, he never said he was going to go do this.

Falkie's making a valiant effort to make money from his videos without purposefully embarrassing himself, and yet he routinely does it anyway and gets mocked whether or not they're embarrassing.   I'm just suggesting he capitalizes on the fact that clearly you (and all of the rest of you "detractors") are entertained by the adventures and misadventures of Falkie.  There's no harm in that.   I certainly did not have anything to do with Falkie making the first 400 videos.  He does them on his own.  I just suggest a way he can rapidly monetize it.

So you're encouraging a man to beg, cheat, steal, and to humiliate himself.  You have also encouraged him to defraud the public by selling land on Niburu.  Nice morals.

I am NOT asking nor eliciting sympathy just replying to the canard that I am stretching  cleaning by way of laziness. I fell on both knees last week and Kathy's back is giving her great pain as well.

OK so try this, stop complaining about your bodily aches and pains and I swear half the insults you get will stop (mainly because people who read your posts don't believe it is a valid excuse). Really the only time someone should be screaming about their knees is when they just got blown apart by an IED.

"Protest" in that age was a synonym for "promise."  It's clear from the context of the quote that "promise" is the usage.

Falkie, the classical scholar, is spinning out the cleaning that same way that Odysseus's wife Penelope spun out her sewing. It's a kind of tribute.

FYI, Drone came up with this suggestion in a phone call and I said for him to pose the question as to whether or not I could successfully panhandle ( and Kathy too ).
Nobody reports this kind of income to the government and I have known people on GA who went out on Market Street with their cats and pulled in $90 a day a piece and I once knew a comely young girl who was pregnant and went out dressed in a hippie style dress with petticoats and would come back telling me of all the guys who hit up on her and when she returned she dumped all the change on the bed out of the petticoats and we sat there and counted it out and it came to $450 for 8 hours of " work ".

We all need heroes.  Fuck you if these are your heroes.

It never passed inspection.  That was just another of Falkie's lies.

He was given 30 days to clean it up starting June 5th (at least according to Falkie, who knows if it is true or not).  He's had something like six weeks to clean that pigsty and you can see the results.  He thinks he should get the Congressional Medal of Freedom for tossing a few magazines into the recycling bin.

That last video was hilarious. Falkie reads Forbes and Smart Money.  That must be where he learned to pawn his "collectibles," steal his dead mother's credit card and take out title loans, something all fiscal conservatives do.

Smart Money published their last issue in September 2012 and Falkie was still hoarding them in 2015.

Oh, I know all about Shakespeare.  I've read books, and I used to watch planes take off from the airport.

During the play-within-a-play, the player queen makes a big fuss about never remarrying if her husband dies.  Hamlet is hoping that this triggers some guilt on the part of Gertrude, his mom, and asks her what she thinks of the play.  Gertrude replies that "The lady doth protest too much, methinks." Gert thinks that the player queen is making an overly long and solemn vow and thus it is to be regarded with suspicion.  Hamlet replies, "O, but she'll keep her word."

How you get "protest" out of this, I don't know, but I'm all ears.

I saw video of one person resting naked on a couch, Roman emperor-like, while the other one was working. The loafing one already evicted for inertia.

This job is going to take two, if not more.
