Let me make this so simple even you can understand it.  Senda is on SSI, Food Assistance and Medicaid.  If he receives a total of $50 in one month, even from multiple sources, he is required to report it to his case worker.  Still don't get it?  Let's illustrate it, shall we?

George Noory sends him a check for $240 for glasses.  Senda is required to report it to his case worker.
George Noory sends him a check for $250 for making an ass of himself of Skype.  Senda is required to report it to his case worker.

First, he is not on Medicaid, he's on Medical.   I don't know the name of the other programs he's on.  Maybe he'll fill you in or correct you if you're wrong, which I am guessing you might be since I know Medical is the correct program he's on for health care.   

I agree with you that if his program requires him to report stuff he should, but I highly doubt they are asking him to report gifts.   The glasses were definitely a gift.  The $250 for skyping, who knows what arrangement he had with Noory, he never told me.  As for the others giving him stuff, those were either gifts or loans.   I was specifically talking about panhandling, and with panhandling it would definitely be a gift.  And you would be wrong about the total of all gifts, it would be about total of gifts from a single person within a certain period.   

I'm editing this, so you might have already responded, but if you were correct, everyone who gets food from the food bank or a church would have to report that as income.  I don't think so.

Medicaid is a federal program administered by the states.  Most states, like the federal government, call it Medicaid.  California calls their Medicaid program (funded by the federal government)  Medi-Cal.  Medi-Cal, Medi-Cali, Med-Falkie, its still Medicaid.

Falkie actually told me himself that he didn't believe he could beg for money on the street because he looks too affluent when I asked him if he had ever thought about it.   It's a legitimate question because he does already ask for money in some of his videos.  We had a discussion about it and I thought I'd post here to see what people said.  So for the record, he never said he was going to go do this.

Falkie's making a valiant effort to make money from his videos without purposefully embarrassing himself, and yet he routinely does it anyway and gets mocked whether or not they're embarrassing.   I'm just suggesting he capitalizes on the fact that clearly you (and all of the rest of you "detractors") are entertained by the adventures and misadventures of Falkie.  There's no harm in that.   I certainly did not have anything to do with Falkie making the first 400 videos.  He does them on his own.  I just suggest a way he can rapidly monetize it.

Nobody reports this kind of income to the government and I have known people on GA who went out on Market Street with their cats and pulled in $90 a day a piece and I once knew a comely young girl who was pregnant and went out dressed in a hippie style dress with petticoats and would come back telling me of all the guys who hit up on her and when she returned she dumped all the change on the bed out of the petticoats and we sat there and counted it out and it came to $450 for 8 hours of " work ".

Oh, I know all about Shakespeare.  I've read books, and I used to watch planes take off from the airport.

During the play-within-a-play, the player queen makes a big fuss about never remarrying if her husband dies.  Hamlet is hoping that this triggers some guilt on the part of Gertrude, his mom, and asks her what she thinks of the play.  Gertrude replies that "The lady doth protest too much, methinks." Gert thinks that the player queen is making an overly long and solemn vow and thus it is to be regarded with suspicion.  Hamlet replies, "O, but she'll keep her word."
