How ironic that Sirius has no shortage of Art Bell calls but his actual show failed to generate enough callers.

On that note, how is a free web streaming program going to generate more live telephone calls? Aren't most podcast type shows consumed on-demand, meaning that it would be impossible for the listener to call in to the program?

He has lawyered up, and if you have ever sued someone the first thing your lawyer will tell you is to shit up, that includes saber and cage rattling.
If we know he has lawyered up, so does SiriusXM. Talks may not have started but they have most likely been put on notice.
We have made our point, everyone at SiriusXM have has heard it loud and clear. It's now in the lawyers hands. Let them do their job.

Hello,

My name is Daniel xxxx and I have been a loyal Sirius subscriber for over 4 years. I have enjoyed the programming Sirius has offered, listening to a variety of stations. In mid-September, I was pleasantly surprised to discover Art Bell's Dark Matter on channel 104. For various, reasons I understand the relationship with Art came to a conclusion. I was however, quite upset to discover Coast to Coast AM with George Noory was selected to replace Dark Matter's time slot. This was precisely the time of show I became a Sirius subscriber to avoid.

I would like Sirius to do the following:

A) Remove Coast to Coast AM from its programming lineup. The show is bland and engaging. Additionally, why are subscribers paying for what is offered for free over traditional radio. I am happy having a similar type of show, just not with George Noory.
B) Release Art from his Non-compete clause. Not releasing him will only make my (and others) disdain for Sirius grow.

Failure to do these will result in losing me as a customer.

What self-respecting Aussie doesn't call a Brit a "pommie bastard" in such cases.  In working with the RAAF guys, I thought it was actually one long word "pommiebastard".

I called in to Dark Matter and got nothing but busy signals, finally got through then had to wait in a cue, "Is it me?", lol!...I can't believe there were too few callers.  Also, many streaming shows are done live, then archived, allowing for callers, live chat, etc.

You all will never know how much I feel for you for what you are doing in trying to support me
but I am going to ask you to stop. This will only make matters worse.

Here is the bottom line, this is a job I took only because of my love of Radio, not for the money,
heck 75K is not ever going to make me rich and if Sirius does not want me they sure will not take
me because their Web Site is messed up, it will most likely just piss them off. That does not change
the love I fell for all of you for trying.

I still feel I was right in my decision to halt what I felt had no real way forward and would make the
same decision again today, I only took that decision after receiving a no to any further remedy.

Truly I do not understand why they would say no to me wanting a way to stream, then turn around and
replace me with Coast which is doing exactly what I wanted to do, maybe they we just pissed. Either way
thank you for what you are trying to to, I love you all,  but please stop.
