would anyone get mad if Alex Jones covered the #FreeArtBell story??
I don't think Alex is a fan. But, nobody's going to get mad. If Art didn't want us to start, he could of told us. Maybe, he didn't know how 'sirus' we were.

Again, publicly it is in Art's best interest to be against the harrassement of SiriusXm. The harrassing of SiriusXm should be stopped, but I dont think the movement should be stopped. I say, get the word out, but in a peaceful, fun loving, creative way that causes harm to no one, but raises awareness to all.

So what happens if Art negotiates and they still won't release him from his non compete ?

Do we go on the attack again ?

I'm still gonna buy some stock next month because I feel in that way I could make my voice heard directly as a stockholder if Art's negotiations fail.

Just for the record, if this hadn't stopped, MY next step would have been to contact Jim Cramer since he's been recommending a BUY for Sirius XM stock.

And so ... just in case things go sour ...

im Cramer also has a Twitter page. (I mean, who doesn't these days?) You can follow his "tweets" and maybe get some helpful stock advice while you're at it! :)

www.thestreet.com/jimcramer

Jim Cramer can be reached by email. They suggest that when you send a message to him, that you include your name and phone number so they can contact you if they want you on the show. The email address is MadMoney@cnbc.com for all of you Cramer fans!

During the show, you can call Jim Cramer yourself! The number is 1-800-743-CNBC. This is a toll-free number, so no worries! :)

I assumed the negotiations between Art and Sirius ended. Thats why Art has hired a team of lawyers to fight the NC.

You all will never know how much I feel for you for what you are doing in trying to support me
but I am going to ask you to stop. This will only make matters worse.

Here is the bottom line, this is a job I took only because of my love of Radio, not for the money,
heck 75K is not ever going to make me rich and if Sirius does not want me they sure will not take
me because their Web Site is messed up, it will most likely just piss them off. That does not change
the love I fell for all of you for trying.

I still feel I was right in my decision to halt what I felt had no real way forward and would make the
same decision again today, I only took that decision after receiving a no to any further remedy.

Truly I do not understand why they would say no to me wanting a way to stream, then turn around and
replace me with Coast which is doing exactly what I wanted to do, maybe they we just pissed. Either way
thank you for what you are trying to to, I love you all,  but please stop.

                                                                                                                     Art

This was the crux of my post about "highly questionable, if not illegal, tactics against SXM and Premeire" just a short while (maybe 20 minutes) before Art's post asking for a halt in the on-slaught against SXM.  Regardless whether this plea came from Art or at the behest of counsel, it's the right thing to do. When the other guy is holding the cards, it doesn't play to piss him off.

I think he needs to actually do that registration thing with his Twitter account so he gets the "officially verified" icon on it... he can post links to his announcements from that and there won't be much cause for arguing against them.

I got that message to him and Keith almost as soon as they started that account, but for whatever reason, they haven't acted on it.

It would seem to me if Art was throwing in the towel...he wouldn't care either way if this all continued because it wouldn't effect anything he was trying to do.

Of course he would, and of course it will.

He has lawyered up, and if you have ever sued someone the first thing your lawyer will tell you is to shit up, that includes saber and cage rattling.
If we know he has lawyered up, so does SiriusXM. Talks may not have started but they have most likely been put on notice.
We have made our point, everyone at SiriusXM have has heard it loud and clear. It's now in the lawyers hands. Let them do their job.

Are you kidding??? The mainstream media hadnt jumped on it yet and was just about to!!!!!!!!!!
If Serius XM doesn't drop the non compete, and Art and his lawyers take it all to court, you bet that there will be plenty of media publicity about it. THAT might be the time for a Free Art Bell campaign

I wasn't in on the "hammer Sirius" bandwagon other than to cancel my subscription, tell them why and answer their questionnaire as to why my telephone conversation didn't resolve my issue. I am and was prepared. I doubt there was any harm done other than to further solidify Sirius management.

Art Bell has now acted in good faith towards Sirius by asking that the harassment stop, I presume in hopes that Sirius will see it as a good faith gesture and see the error of their ways, LOL. If Sirius fails to also act in good faith, again, then I certainly am open to all sorts of publicity regarding Sirius and how it treats those it deals with.

We must remember that these guys ONLY care about money. They don't care about talent, quality, morality, fairness or doing what is right. Their only goal is money. That is a flawed business model to begin with but most of those making the decisions will get paid lots and lots of money for doing a poor job and will get the same huge sums of money even if Sirius fails. That is what happens when so much money is in the hands of so few people. We have only ourselves to blame for supporting and voting for a system that sustains and encourages the upward mobility of money to the few.

In sum, if Art Bell is to have any power, we need to work with him. I would be surprised if Sirius execs didn't fight this all the way to the courts. Then they could blame the courts for what was really their mistakes.

No matter what happens, hasn't this been one of the wildest couple of weeks in Art Bell and Bellgab history ?

Not even Vague could have predicted all of this.

Where is that bum, anyway ?

I've been using http://pixlr.com/.

Thanks for suggestion.  I've never used Photo Shop or any of these programs, but I just made this.[attachimg=1]

Well Sirius are still replying to normal questions and requests.

Six minutes ago someone asked if there are any 24/7 Christmas Song stations (I guess they want a soundtrack to go along with them committing sewer pipe) and "Kate" replied a few minutes later.

Apparently Jess had to be committed. Kate is the new Jess.

that is hilarious. I did notice that all questions on their page were being answered. All the freeartbell stuff being ignored. I bet soon they will take them all down.
