To get back on track here regarding Steve Warner's Dark City
I just discovered Batemans show and he is a great radio host.
Intelligent and on target questions. He cares about the guest and the listeners.
Will be listening to other shows when I have time.

Regarding the RCH interview - Steve said lets get right to it. and he did. Respectful and not afraid to go where we, the listeners, wanted him to go. R. Hoagland is on our radar because of Art Bell. and like so many authors/researchers in the these subjects he has some value and can't be dismissed. And his hair is still perfect.

He sure IS!  For Sure.  He does. GOOD! Yes, he DID!  Always.  If you say so. Ok

I think he was heavily, albeit covertly, involved in the various Blitzes and campaigns? And some overly help with radio shows and so hasn't done one of his one in a while. While I appreciate, a lot, his efforts, I also miss some Dark Weekend City! More shows (what happened to the release of that short show, at least? If you can't give me a line, at least a key-bump? Cold Turkey is tough man.)

Check his stuff out on his soundcloud, etc site. Good stuff. Free and you can download it also versus streaming-only crap. He is also good about taking suggestions for shows. Amazingly so. Problem, is lack of shows (but this could be his involvement in the Blitz, in which case, I hope over.)

After listening to some shows on the Dark City youtube channel I would have to agree with others that Steve Warner is the best choice to host the weekend shows on Art's MITD.  Being here for a while and not checking out well regarded member Bateman's show on WABC before was my bad.

They all have there own styles and approach but Steve is as good as Art and Knapp.

His interviews display his preparation and knowledge of the subject and he has a personable and enthusiastic personality.
Steve will say " Lets back up " and get an an answer for his original question. He is obviously well read and so effortless in his insistence to get an answer to the questions that we, the audience, would ask.


Did you know that the world is not black or white - good or bad - These guests were new to me and I was educated by listening to these shows and Steve Warners professional approach to such tricky subjects.

Steve really sets himself apart from the pack of paranormal/ufo/etc. podcasters. Like Bell and Knapp he knows when to talk and when to listen. It's obvious that he listens because his questions are always pertinent.

Unlike a few other podcasters he DOESN'T talk over his guests or make the show about himself. I often wonder why those podcasters even bother having guests because they seem more interested in saying what they think instead of listening to their guests.

If there ever needed to be a holiday or weekend replacement for Bell, Steve/Bateman would be my NUMBER ONE choice.

NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT THIS BUBBLE IS MADE OF! Apparently there are about 6 different flat earth models out there. So, even flat earthers are not all in agreement about things. It's funny to go into a flat earth forum and see flat earthers call each other crazy for not believing in the same flat earth model as them.

This show is so much fun to listen to! I heard Mark Sargent on with Clyde Lewis a while back. I feel like in just the first 15 minutes you got a lot more out of him. Clyde also teased the idea for about a solid 45 minutes before bringing him on lol

Right. We all know it is a CONCAVE earth. Not hollow, not flat. Cyrus Reed, who founded a "city,"  had some interesting ideas and mathematician came up with, supposedly, a mathematically sound theory proving the concave earth theory. Love that you did this.  Ever since I discovered this website http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/cms/ I've wanted to hear more.  The Earth is also surrounded by a wall of ice, don'tchaknow, and that's why we can never see the poles.  All photos of Earth from space are faked... sure.  How people buy that for a dollar I will never know.

I just finished listening to Steve's latest show interviewing Mark Sargent.  Wow! Even though it's quite a wild concept I enjoyed listening to every moment.  I like his interviewing style. When something particularly outlandish is being stated as fact, his tone of voice is one of respectful incredulousness.  Like an audio raised eyebrow.

Between listening to Art's shows and Steve's shows I feel I am being richly rewarded for the purgatory experienced listening (however briefly) to the "other show". (With the exclusion of George Knapp)

Steve Warner most definitely gets my vote for Art's weekend host.  That would be fabulous!

Just finished the latest show, loved it! This is what paranormal talk radio should be about "hey, I've got this totally whacky idea, wanna have fun with it?"

This was one of those shows where you don't agree with what the guest says, but you certainly enjoy the conversation. I thought it was a great show that highlights what's awesome about the genre and Steve's skills as an interviewer.

Mark was a really good sport about how unusual his idea is. He's the type of guest that's hard to introduce with a straight face, but the friendly tone set early on between guest and host made it all comfortable.

I don't buy the flat earth idea, for the usual reasons. How can a government be organized enough to make a round earth conspiracy work? Most governments have trouble tying their shoes, especially ours!

As it's been pointed out, why do commercial satellites work? Why do ships disappear over the horizon? Why does the FAA allow space balloons? What reason do amateur pilots have not to speak out?

The moon waves thing, to me, looks like a camera issue. It could be related to how the camera sensor likely doesn't process the entire frame at once. So you get tearing that progresses as the scan catches up. It's not a strobe effect like you get from a monitor.

I'm glad Steve asked where are the leaks and deathbed confessions. I had that question early on. This is a bigger idea than JFK- how can there be NOBODY itching to spill the beans? Suppression is not that organized!

The whole religious aspect, for me, was an eye roller. One thing that could be brought out of this discussion- some of these same principles could segue into a discussion about the nature of our reality. More specifically, are we in a simulation? How far deep down the rabbit hole of physics do we go before we're not sure what's happening? How can a fundamental particle simply be? Why do we accept a particle as fundamental? How can the universe be so ordered? What if multiverses are simply other programs?
