Its clearly a fake JC then.
You can use the "report" link at that facebook page to report it as a fake person.
Facebook would then take it offline until the person could prove its their true identity by providing a copy of an official ID like a driver's license with that full name, if he can do so...

You think the real JC was using his real name, and not just an alias that shared it's initials with Jesus Christ?

He accepted my friend request a few years ago, and this is the same page as far as I can tell.  It's showing he has no friends now (maybe we were all unfriended?!?!) I'm trying to find the date when he accepted and/or when I began following -- that would determine if it's the original page or not, I think.

How can you tell if it's private or not?

It's a little bit of a guess, but not too hard to tell because a private page will have limited posts and set only for public. It will have a little round world type symbol next to it that notates that it's a public post. A friends only post has a little people shaped symbol. Since I'm not friends with that page, the last public post I can view is not even dated in 2015, but perhaps 2013 (I'd have to double check), but others can see more recent posts set for friends only.

I tend to agree. The "new" JC guys aren't as funny. Now, if the real Mr.Fidget would call in? See if his phone phreaking (or whatever) skill still works in the digital, internet age! (I know he harbors some kind of grudge he had some great radio with Art back in the day.)
