If I were Heather, I would be pissed.  The message simply says MitD has more content (per hour) than the hated, George Noory fronted C2C, not that it's superior to C2C.  It also implies the reason to cough up the $4.99/month is because the subscriber will be getting to hear Art on occasion.  Bottom line from this message to me is, "I'm asking for you to financially support Heather, I am not telling you she or MitD is a quality product".

Hey, if Art announces when he'll be on, I will definitely try to listen. No putting on of airs. But if he just shows up as a surprise, I might just miss his appearance in part or in whole. I hope he doesn't play that game. There's no way I'm going to start listening to Heather in hopes of hearing Art some night.

Art let the network get so bad that its worse than Noory. In terms of broadcasting skills, Noory blows Heather out of the water. And Noory doesn't even have broadcasting skills, so that is really saying something.
Art still has the opportunity to fix everything, yet refuses to let Heather go. It's just absurd, and a horrible business decision. Is he afraid to offend her? Shes a big girl. It's not personal, it's business. Cut the cord and let her go. Find a better host and try to salvage whats left of the show.
