George Noory Sucks! - The Definitive Compendium

Started by MV/Liberace!, April 06, 2008, 12:23:02 AM

Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

No
No

Funny how the Illuminati allow "Coast-to-Coast AM" to exist.

I guess they need a good laugh like the rest of us.

pate

perhaps it is only a 'Good Example??'

Makes one think, eh?

pate

If anyone is still listening, take a hear back a few secs or centons (reedic!)  Huh-ha-huh

This one, still no open lines...

edit:  OTA only, I have nothing else that was drowned out by good bumper music...  Er, sumthin'

pate

ILLUMINATUS(I)!

Now my back is out by chi rho sumthin...

edit: WTF, OVER?

George once thought the Illuminati were trying to contact him in a secret code of some kind when a man whispered to him in a restaurant, "Your fly is unzipped."

But a dinner companion pointed out that George's fly WAS unzipped, and he also had a length of toilet paper trailing from the bottom of his shoe all the way back to the men's room.  Meanwhile, George was wearing only half his mustache with the other half painted on with eye-liner.

Looks like there's yet another shitty political show in store for us tonight.

I'm half surprised Alex Jones isn't a guest--again.

No, but we get the next best thing a Alex acolyte throwing out the same old lame bullshit. George has really busted out whole big ol' box of suck tonight, and just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. My favorite line of the came in the opening though when he talked about going to Ferguson which is no doubt a lie, and saying he had sources telling him a decision could come very soon.... but then he proceeded to read a newspaper headline that said the exact same thing he did. Nice source there Noory.

I am happy I am not listening tonight.  My sources tell me that the national guard was called out in preparation for a decision.  If there is rioting, the Ferguson police department will take a back seat.

One of the bedroom communities passed out flyers telling people to stock up on food and top up the fuel in their cars and be prepared to not be able to go out shopping for a few days if there is rioting.  I believe they dropped off they flyers either Friday or Monday.

Wow, look at my sources (all online news.)

pate

I am confused.  Which day of the weak does Jorck broadcast from STL?

I had to turn the show off after Noory kind of got pissy when the first guest went on a tangent on the subject, and then we got to the idiot that is on now. I'm going to go out on a limb, and say that if and when something happens George will be incapable of handling such a situation live. I can see it all now as Ferguson burns on Friday Noory will be yelling fiddlesticks while telling Tommy to cut to UFO Phil anyway.

Just another movie:

The Lighthorsemen ( 1987 ), English.

WHy you hate the folks on the paw, or on the hoof?

I doan think you are a GnorBrony anymore (what is it with that? GnorBrony?  really?)

zBrings us back to that question;  why you hate puppies?

136 or 142

I'm surprised noboby mentioned this:

Although the show sucked with guests Peter (full of) Shit and Andrew Dice Clay, it was made better by the fact that I believe George only said "I think so too" once, did his annoying laugh only once or twice (and at times when the guests actually told jokes) and only cut off the guest once or twice.

Maybe George has turned over a new leaf.

here is a picture I have not seen

he must really like that pose

I don't understand why premier/Noorie think that doing political shows will help listener numbers. Dave can add zero insight...

George once said that he understood the Middle East better than any other journalist (or whatever term he used), because as a child he would go with his father to some coffee shop where his dad and the other men would talk politics of the region.

It's shtrange how none of that expertise seems to come through on his show.

bwahahahahahahah!!!! Oh, I love this!  ;D

FWIW, I wouldn't listen to tonight's "show" on a bet.  Just reading the night's topics and your post on the same page makes me want to lock Manson in a room with Noory and wait outside the door.  >:(

Manson would be the one screaming to get out!

Such a refreshing change of pace with Peter Schiff. Such good economic news and positivity hasn't been heard on C2C in such a long time! And couple that positive outlook for the future with the ever- encouraging Mark Dice with regard to our privacy, rights, and politics. ;D

George and most of his guests are the picture of pseudo-intellectuals.  John Hogue being the clear front runner.

P.S.

This also explains George's zero-familiarity and disinterest with the books written by nearly all of his guests, except for the most cursory of examinations into them made grudgingly by him or his largely ignorant staff.

He once mentioned giving away guest-written books that had accumulated in his studio.  "We gave away piles of 'em," he said, as if he were talking about firewood or canned goods he'd never dream of eating.  No serious book-lover would simply give away all the treasure like that, let alone treat it like a nuisance.

I'll bet if you were in George's house, you'd be astonished at how few books you'd find.  The ones you might see would be coffee-table volumes used primarily for decoration and, of course, a Bible somewhere out of moral necessity.  He recently referred to the Bible as his "favorite" book, which is often a non-reader's favorite unread book.

To be fair, he does have some books lying around.

Got a ear full of over modulation on the financial guy's view on racism last night.  Shoo Weee.  Also his bragging on how he only pays 4% tax a year on his wealth.  I would have liked Noory to ask him how he gives back to the country that has offered him so much opportunity.  How he helps pay for roads, bridges, libraries, schools, military, etc.  You know, the things that make civlization civil.  The fact that his father is in jail for tax evasion is telling.  And Norry is creaming himself over the thought of interviewing the criminal father.  I hope Norry's "TV" show is so successful he leaves radio for good.

Being a selfish fuck is in style.  but just wait till financial guy gets audited and he's back on Coast screaming for revolution because the IRS wouldn't let him take his $90k Benz (that he's leasing) as a business expense and instead created a lien against his house and bank accounts because he refused to pay his share.

There (should be) is nothing illegal about minimizing your tax obligation by exploiting the arcane, long, and bizarre US Tax Code. As long as he is following the law and is actually operating a business and not just using provisions to avoid taxes (as opposed to actually running a business cleverly.) Companies loved by leftists, like Apple, do this every day. GE, big Obama donor, paid $0 due to their accounting moves (granted those employed, taking capital gains, etc by them pay taxes, etc.) If good enough for large corporations, why not for the smaller guys? The smaller guys don't get to pay lobbyists,, or give large campaign donations to write the Tax Code to their benefit. About time individuals and small businesses take some advantage. Good for him. Maybe if the Feds didn't take in so much money some of the wars, fat no-bid contracts, corruption, cost-over runs, etc be stopped- or at least slowed down. Things like roads, schools, police, etc can (and often still are in many places) funded by local and state taxes, fees, revenue.

I don't buy all his doom&gloom and his dad's fight but if he runs his business smartly and avoids paying confiscatory taxes more power to him in that regard (as long as he is abiding by the law.)

I worked for a guy that had a business.  He had a saab, a mini cooper, A large boat (yacht?), three large houses, and a mazeratti.  all of them in the business name and written off as business expenses.  A common name for this is white collar crime.

Yeah, there is a lot of illegal, or questionable legal, practices on all levels. And there are many lawyers/accountant who are honest and many who teach their clients how to skirt the law or to organize their business in such a way. The spirit is not good, likely, but it could be compliance with the tax code depending on his business and how he organizes it. Large corporations do similar things but have the added bonus of being able to pay lobbyists to write the law, hire better attorneys than those in government, etc.
My point is that if we had a simpler tax code and a government who didn't want to take so much there would be less fraud. And, imagine this: how many smart and clever people spend their time analyzing, finding loopholes, lobby politicians, coming up with funny accounting. Imagine if that talent was put to productive business purposes.

Every selfish fuck thinks they are the only one trying to pull a fast one.  Gets old quick when every single person I encounter now follows this golden rule.

George Noory sucks.
