Art is wonderful.  George sucks, but just a little.  The next step is to isolate one poster and start a big nasty fight with them the point they leave.  The other posters  don't enjoy what's going on, get disgusted with the whole thing, and go away too.

Yeah, I've seen it before too, and I'm hoping this isn't round two: the tip of the wedge, and then the infighting follow up which busts up a great forum, except we have mv, and he's seen it all too, plus some, and I trust mv. 

But I gotta wonder: in  all of Jorch's little forays in here, I haven't heard him once address any of the criticisms he's read, except to say he'll do better. Most red heads I have met are pretty gorgeous and bad if you know what I mean.  "angry bitch" must be popple's own guilt trip.

Growing up with red hair you get told a lot of BS about your personality relating to the color of your hair. Even in adulthood try to have a constructive disagreement and you get "WOW, I CAN REALLY TELL YOU'RE A REDHEAD". It's a cop out and  lame. I just think it's sad to see another female like myself (or any person really) give into stereotypes to try and make nice with others

I hope it's not true what some members are speculating. I would absolutely be crushed if this forum were to be split, then die just because GN came to talk to us. Seriously, this is my favorite forum to visit and MV has done an awesome job. Lets just watch what happens with C2C and be cautiously optimistic. Time will tell.

We just have to respect each other's views, ignore posts from anyone who has nothing better to do than constantly flame everybody here, and we'll be good.  If we can do that the worst that can happen is George will keep sucking.  The best is that maybe he'll improve.

I have never had a boyfriend that was anything like another boyfriend so why would expectations be that the replacement for Mr. Bell would be like Mr. Bell, these are two different men with two different situations from different backgrounds to different lifestyles and I just can not imagine that after Mr. Norry put himself out there talking especially about the speech impediment he has that there would be one negative comment to make.

If he sucks so much why do you bother?  Does it add anything positive to your lives?

Mr. Noory will never be Mr. Bell and having him listen to him and learn from or do it like him is just crazy.

First off, if you went from a BF that was normal to one that couldn't make complete sentences... you would probably move to another BF. Second, Noory doesn't diminish our lives. He has however diminished something we liked. And that is something to bitch about.

I find the "Why do we  bother?" a bit bothersome. Couldn't I ask you the same question?

Of course noory won't be Bell. But that isn't the contention, not even close. Hell noory isn't noory from 10 years ago. Had he stayed within that performance range we may not have had such a large compendium. But rather than improve he continually got worse. At some point not noticing that downward trend would be almost impossible.

Should there be some reciprocity secondary to Noory's recent posting... sure, why not? But some posters have made many good points and they are perfectly in their right to be dismayed.

I no longer have an axe to grind with Noory. Art is coming back.
