     I bought a new (to me) car earlier this week and I just noticed a tiny "sat ready" logo on it.  Coincidence, or chupacabra?  It probably means nothing, as everything that I've read about this satellite thing, even the information Art has placed on his webstie (he's got a lot of stuff on there now), is really confusing, and I'm always hesitant to add to the stack of bills that mysteriously shows up on my desk every month.  Who knows, but thanks for the kind words.

It's so laughable for him to claim he's been interested in all this his entire life.  The way he sits silent while his guests praise him for being a top investigator and someone that knows more about these various subjects than anyone else as if it were true. 

This is one of my most behated things about him.  Just the other day when in a fit of masochism I listened for about an hour, I was treated to Dave's expertise in ancient architecture.  The pseudo-deep manner in which he proclaimed that "conventional humans at the time COULDN'T have made these structures [Easter Island Heads, Gobekli Tepe, pyramids, etc.]... couldn't have made any of it!" made me groan.  This claim, said in such an assured and "well, duh" manner, without even the hint of qualification that a real expert would give, is just plain dumb if you've ever READ anything about these structures that wasn't written by a contributor to Ancient Aliens (not that he reads those either).  There are plenty of mysteries and unanswered questions surrounding these structures (including many hows and whys of their construction)... but the idea that humans were utterly incapable of building them is just a lazy easy-out.  You can simply throw that trump card on the table and you never really have to know anything about any of them!

But what am I saying... "of course" Dave has a vast and unerring knowledge of the paranormal, science, health, history, archaeology, and anthropology.  AND entertainment and song.  This man isn't a triple threat... he's a dupdecuple threat!

I feel nauseous revisiting my loathing of this fucktard.  I can't wait for when I hopefully won't think about it again in a month.  I am far more interested in someone who deals in questions, not answers.

Do you know  if your car has a satellite receiver that only needs activation or if it needs the box and antenna? For some cars, "Satellite ready" means only that the wiring is there and the head unit will control it.

Earlier today I clicked on a link to noory and dannion brinkley (sp) about nde's. The conversation went to the guest spending time with returning injured military. Dave made sure to mention his 9 years in the navy. What a pompous gas bag. That fact : had nothing to do with the subject.

I find it hard to believe anyone that isn't delusional could see his show as any avenue to any level of professional television. He is such a lizard.

The scheduled guest for tonight, Charles Coulombe, was bumped because the "producers" called him a little while ago and forbid him from talking on certain topics. He said no, as mentioned on his FB page. Considering that Coulombe is an actual practicing and believing Catholic, I have a good idea what those topics revolved around.
