"George Noory's new novel "Night Talk" will be released this July, and is now available for pre-order. The thriller, now featured on Kirkus Reviews, is about a late-night talk show host named Greg Nowell, who tackles controversial subjects, from angels to aliens and government agencies deep in shadow and fog. Greg's world explodes when government agents accuse him of having received secret files from a hacker intent on exposing a clandestine cabal with tentacles throughout the government."

Eh, you left out portals, Greg Noway.

I wonder if the Snoormeister will mention the passing of Morley Safer to Dan.  Ask for Dan's reaction.

It will be interesting as Norry will try to ingratiate and compare himself to Rather and presume he is in the same league and circles. To be mentioned: "I was the last person to interview Hoffa." "I'm going to interview Castro." "My tv show, which is internet-based." "Some people want me to run for President." etc. His books he wrote, some Hollywood actors he saw in a restaurant, "you grew up in Houston, you see my friend Billy Gibbon? Great guitarist and big friend of the show." etc and he might even try to impersonate Ratherism with some Norryisms, inadvertently.

Norry, there is a opening. Hint!  Hint!.  Also, Kelly Ripa is looking for a co-host.  Toss your toupee into the ring and see where it lands.

"I know Richard Hoagland.  He was the science adviser to Walter Cronkite during the Apollo missions."

On second thought, that probably won't make the cut.  LOL

Frankly, that would be a step down for Noory.  I despise these pretend journalists, and Dan Rather was close to the bottom of the barrel for decades.  At least the Snorge knows no one takes him seriously, and plays along with it.

I don't think Dave ever had the brains to ask Howard Bloom about Prince, so I wouldn't be shocked if he didn't.

sNoory was right about one thing, once you retire your number is up. Morley Safer retired last week.

After mentioning Safer's death he reminded the audience of Rather's appearance on the next show, saying he'd ask for Dan's reaction on the recently departed man.

It's bound to be a fascinating evening as two top-notch journalists compare notes and discuss their adventures in dangerous war zones. Rather will relate memories of his reporting from Vietnam, and sNoory will converse on his time at BellGab. Get ready for that..

Yes, two men in the journalistic trenches talking one to one.  Then, they can discuss what their survival rations were in those trenches.
Norry, of course, will discuss his daily diet of dead PRemrats, freeze dried, and eating at the point of demise.

Wasn't he in the Reserves? Not the same as active duty, but as usual Noory lies to make himself sound better than he is.

Yes, but according to none other than Jorch, himself, he bailed out when he was on the verge of being called up for the first Gulf war.  No surprise there.  Milk something to the max and then run for the hills.

Noory seems to be allergic to doing work of any kind. No wonder he sees a kindred soul in Senda.

It's just a military phrase referring to support personnel.

Ah! Or in Noory's case, no support personnel.
