If I didn't live in a communist state, I would have voted Trump but since my vote doesn't really matter, I decided to go with the best man for the job.

(Don't make fun of my handwriting, I was bouncing around in a truck when I was filling it out.)

I'd rather Vote for Pat Paulsen

...quote from that article:/
"The Amish In America Commit Their Vote To Donald Trump; Mathematically Guaranteeing Him A Presidential Victory"

The Clinton campaign issued a written statement to the AAB asking them to reconsider their decision.
“I don’t believe that Donald Trump is the person who best represents your interests,” Clinton wrote to the AAB.
“As a career real estate developer, he represents a clear threat to your simple way of life.
As former first lady of Arkansas, I understand the concerns of rural Americans more than any candidate in this election.
I implore you to consider all of the facts before voting for my opponent.”

Most pundits believe that Mrs. Clinton’s plea is too little too late.

During a press conference in Manhattan, Trump thanked the AAB for their support and promised to put the Amish to work maintaining government buildings,
which he said would save taxpayers millions because “the Amish do great work for a very low price.”

Though Clinton has pledged to stay in the race until the very end, many of her campaign workers have already resigned.
According to the Associated Press, it is expected that the Clinton campaign will lose 50% of its staff over the next two weeks.
There is a general mood of hopelessness and despair in the Clinton camp, and many simply want to cut their losses.

“It looked like she was going to win this election easily,” said Paul Horner, a campaign worker in Ohio,
“But this is what happens when you wake a sleeping giant.
Cleary, Mrs. Clinton took far too much for granted in this race, and we are all now paying the price.
It’s really sad to see the campaign end this way.

I give a lot more leeway to businessmen that are trying to succeed in the marketplace than I do politicians getting away with shit and making money on the People's dime.  For one thing, business people are taking risks with their money while politicians are using my money for whatever shitty project they fancy.

So, churhes, then?

This year, however, the organization wanted as many people in attendance as possible so they can effectively instruct all Amish men and women of legal voting age to cast their vote for the flamboyant Republican nominee

That would make Kim jong un blush! Vote for whoever you like, as long as you vote for Trump!

Now, they want to put a woman in the nation’s highest leadership role in direct violation of 1 Timothy 2:12.

Fortunately, no-one will draw comparisons with Muslims not allowing women to take high office, and the unfairness and primitive thinking of that. Phew!

Okay, we'll roll with it, but Trump would ensure everyone would get down to that low price, making America great again.

Speech opening the newly renovated (and nice building and great views!) Old Post Office in DC. Good speech and good line: "under budget, ahead of schedule." And address the infrastructure problems (though, to me, in many cases these problems should be handled by States, Counties, and Cities etc by the local taxes, bond issues, etc)

I doubt it, unlike much of the country due to the crazy spending, government employees, defense contractors, lobbyists, lawyers, and make-work bureaucrat jobs the DC area is booming. Even formerly really crappy areas of DC with the 'new' stadium etc have turned around. And N.Va and MD suburbs the real estate is still high. Granted it is mainly due to spending and tax-policy but I don't see the beast stopping especially if Billary is elected. There still are problems with infrastructure (esp the Metro) but they are throwing money at that also.

All of the above (and very many more of the same) will be gainfully employed from day one when, as promised, Trump will deport two million illegal immigrant criminals. Making America great again!

Your concerns about vulnerable classes being oppressed by the powerful seem out of place, disingenuous, and/or sudden, at best.

Oh it wouldn't surprise me a bit if Johnson had something to do with killing Kennedy. Johnson was a Texan shyster who was being investigated for illegal business activities at the time.

Wink!

Was this post office renovation done with entirely American made inputs? That's what The Trump Thing is saying that as President its infrastructure projects would be.

If not, that might explain why this renovation was 'under budget.'

Yes he did...2 million in his first hour. He said that. I'm wondering if he counted them? He must have done, because he clearly knows where they are, how to best track and find them when the minute/second allocated to their deportation arrives. I wonder if they'll use a huge fleet of trucks or commandeer entire airlines? It sure will make air travel in the US a problem next January if/when he's made Pres.

Yeah, and a lot of that Saudi spending is via kick-backs deals from British and USA companies and government policy. I would almost agree with it if it really benefited the average American tax-payer but so much is going to defend OTHER people's borders, big corporations, and so many contractors, lawyers, and lobbyists in the DC area. N.Va is filled with offices for folks milking off the "national security" teat. Sure there are some jobs created but at what cost? But if the government really cared about foreign threats or national security wouldn't the first thing a sane entity would do would be secure our borders? Double-check on VISA holders who over-stayed? Vett some Muslim coming in without ID as a 'refugee'? Or act on intelligence known about threats given to us by foreign agencies or even our OWN agencies but don't due to political correctness, or worse? But we don't so....Eisenhower was likely correct.

Bloated defense budget?  Are you fucking serious?  We have hollowed out our military.  The size of our navy has been reduced to 1916 levels.  Our nuclear arsenal needs to be modernized.  What the fuck are you talking about?
Quote from: 21st Century Man on October 26, 2016, 09:08:00 PM
Yeah, that's because we act as the military of other nations such as Japan, Germany, South Korea and other countries.  Get back with me when we no longer have that responsibility.

:o
Yeah... if frogs could sprout wings, they wouldn't bump their butts every time they land. Get back with me when they sprout wings.

Themz the numbers as they are without any narrative or talking points on my part. Move the goal post, or argue with them all you want. Until then some of us attempt to deal with facts, for better or worse. I'll let Lawrence attempt sort out the rest for me.

Fire up dat bubble machine, Lawrence!! Uh ONE an-uh TWO...

OK pud , time for your next English language lesson from yak herder in the wild steps of Mongolia.
here we go...I said "you seems to me like the idea" - the key word in the sentence is "seems" -I didn't say that you do, I said that "seems to me"

..now let's move to the next step in my lesson, here it is:

seem
sēm/Submit
verb
3rd person present: seems
give the impression or sensation of being something or having a particular quality.
"Dawn seemed annoyed"
synonyms:   appear (to be), have the appearance/air of being, give the impression of being, look, look as though one is, show signs of being,
look to be; More used to make a statement or description of one's thoughts, feelings, or actions less assertive or forceful.
"I seem to remember giving you very precise instructions"

pud. the class is over,..you can go now and stand in the corner while I sip delicious black tea with a dash of yak's milk

The article makes it clear.  The law outlawing beastiality defined the term too vaguely according to the Supreme Court and, therefore, it criminalized many things that the Supreme Court wasn't certain the government of the day that passed that law meant to ban. This sort of thing forcing governments to be precise in its definitions and to not be able to criminalize activity arbitrarily is something I would have thought most conservatives would be strongly in favor of.

Personally I think this is the main function of a Supreme Court.

OK 136-142, seems to me that you have guilty conscience here and trying to put soap bubbles in our eyes, let me show a quote from that article:

"Sex acts with animals are legal in Canada, so long as there is no penetration involved, according to a surprise ruling issued by the Supreme Court."

so 136-142 if I understand correctly that in Canada is not OK to have vaginal or anal sex (no penetration) with an animal ,but oral sex is OK ??
