White people have ghetto's too they are called trailer parks but you never see them shooting each other in drive by shootings
I don't know about that, there are some trailer parks that seem to be pretty bad- domestic abuse calls, drugs, child abuse, even a shooting occasionally. Meth and poor white trash is not a good mix. Then again, prior to independence the Congo (at the time Belgian Congo) had 70K of maintained roads, today, post-independence it (DRC) is estimated to have about  about 700 miles and look what happened to some of our major cities after "white flight" to the suburbs or other areas.

That's right. White people are clearly more civilized.

cherry picking and still no one died LOL!

Niggers shoot each other weekly close to where i live. It was a nice city 10-20 years ago now quickly becoming shoot em' up niggerville because when Chicago displaced them they brought their bullshit here.

Yeah there are a lot of shitty red necks with drug and anger problems and once in a while someone does end up getting shot. But it's still no where near what the savage dindu's do to each other they are fucking animals and most of them have gold teeth and chains so it's not a money problem.

. . . The key here is that Sessions has no conflict of interest, he has only been accused by democrats with an ax to grind.  Sessions has sworn to carry out his duties in a fair and impartial manner.  He is neither morally or legally bound to recuse himself.

Now perhaps we are getting somewhere. You (at least appear to) acknowledge the two-pronged criterion and obligation; both Conflict-of-Interest _and_ Impartiality are required and demanded. Yet, whether the attorney general’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned you would no-doubt dismiss out-of-hand as being a valid or relavant matter because you (1) trust him implicitly by virtue of his being on team-Trump, and (2) wouldn't dream of looking at his track-record with regard to partiality/impartiality.  You can't have it both ways. You either recognize and understand the two criterion (and as-one) or you don't. But in any event at least we have our path cleared now and you will not be able to claim ignorance of the KEY issues(S) -- at least in principle

You're a moron. How do you establish evidence in an investigation if one of the potential suspects is heading the investigation? Nixon should have looked into Watergate perhaps?

Well, I dunno.

How would one establish evidence of vote fraud without an investigation?

Every one of you fuckers who keep changing their names can report to me on the killing floor, where I will be awaiting you with a large sledgehammer.
When you go on break or the the washroom I will take over your duties.

Quote from: WOTR on February 15, 2017, 12:36:51 AM
Is there  anything that the democrats are not directly responsible for?...

Well, I'm not sure.  You may be onto something.

We're talking about a party whose world view is wrong, whose policies don't work, who will always put party first and tell any lie to further the party, whose only goal is to control more and more of our lives, and who use our laws and our Constitution against us.

Covers a lot of problems that have arisen, from clinging to slavery and triggering the Civil War, up to the present day.

Where are you with the USS Liberty incident?

As soon as the Jews admit to being cold-blooded murderers, we can talk about eternal forgiveness.

Not interested in taking a test proctored by you.

Not being interested is actually a point in your favor, but you've already blown a passing grade. Take off, Hoser.

Retard, hello?, are you in there? I went out of my way (for the hundreth time) yesterday, holding your hand, explaining the import and role of ETHICS CODES and OBLIGATIONS and one's duty to Recuse THEMSELVES.

Do you have a list handy of the Democrats in DC who have recused over various situations over the years themselves?

For extra credit, perhaps you can explain why so-called Justice Kagan didn't recuse herself from hearing the ObamaCare cases?  After all, before joining the Supreme Court she was Obama's Solicitor General, and had staff draft defenses to legal challenges to the law.  Or for that matter why didn't she recuse herself from other cases when Obama was one of the parties to the case?

So-called Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg sat on the ACLU Board and was General Counsel.  How often has she recused herself when the ACLU has been involved with cases before the Court?

If you are unable to produce much of a list, or satisfactorily explain Kagan and Ginsberg's non-recusals, we're going to have to assume recusal is for the Rs only.

I don't understand why I have never heard of this guy before. My sides are splitting and tears are running down my face. A brief glance at his Wiki page tells me that he should have been doing that to me for years.

I guess this is how it is going to feel for all y'all when you find out the truth about the fluoride. Maybe more tears though.

What the fuck could you have possibly found compelling about Albert Gore? That guy makes vanilla look like LSD-25.

Well, he invented the internet.  That has to count for something.

I mean, to be a good citizen, here anyway, you have to be the type of person who follows rules, pays the man his due, buys insurance, and all kinds of tricks like that there which fools sneaking into the circus tent are just not likely to be prone, or expected to do.

No, no--one can just be a Jew or a DeMolay or a legacy Knight of Columbus or something. Slack-asses who cut corners are far, far from found only in the Southlands.

In the coming days of struggle, the former elite will be hunted for food.

So the president got 23 pages of first-class legal advice from the 9th circuit for free.  Taxpayers win.

1.  Sessions has a superlative record and I have reviewed it.  His credentials are impeccable and so is his performance a Senator and as a federal prosecutor.

2.  I was an admirer of Sessions long before he was a Trump Supporter.

3.  There has been no criminal wrongdoing alleged by the FBI, Loretta Lynn or the acting AG in either the cases of The Trump Campaign staffers who were fired or Gen Flynn.  Don't you trust the judgement of Obama appointees?

4.  Trump has requested the current AG to investigate the leaks of classified information.  That is what I'm concerned about.

5.  You continue to act as if a crime has been committed by Flynn. What do you know that the FBI doesn't know?

6.  Your argumentation is lame.  Have you ever studied polemics or  rhetoric.  No, I didn't think so.

7.  You should really take my advice and remove your head from your ass.

8.  Every time you post on this subject I will repost the foregoing.  You have already taken up much too much space on this.  You are boring me and the majority of  others on this thread.

I was trying to remember the Kagan furor over her not recusing herself.  Thank you for jolting my memory and clarifying this. This idiot, Meister, of course won't respond to your points because then she would have to admit to being a hypocrite.

Ditto on both of these points.  He has always been one of the few Senators that I have respected.

Fact checking the liar is getting easier all the time. He's not even trying to make it sound like the truth. It's frightening to imagine him confronting reality should he encounter a real crisis.

I think people who perpetually press the panic button eventually lose credibility. I guess your mom never read The Boy Who Cried Wolf or Chicken Little to you. If something's always a crisis then it's never a crisis. It'll probably take you till the next election to grasp that.  :D
