Creative destruction is a term from economist Joseph Schumpeter.  His most famous book is Capitalism, Socialism and Democracy published in 1942 a defense of free enterprise written, as you can see, shortly after the end of the Great Depression.

Yeah, who didn't know this? There also were great books and columnists about no more wars anymore due to interconnectedness and European-trade back in the old days. But I have another, widely published book, called "Germany On The Next War" that was a best seller and SAID what Germany "needed" to do. So WWI. Same shit, often the time. Stuff is published, nobody listens, and then after more stuff is written. And Japan kicked our butt, at least for a lot, based on theories about quality control (Deming, etc) that we wouldn't accept (in some areas, some things like chemical etc we already were doing but in mfg especially.)

It's interesting looking through the news the MSM is hesitating on what narrative to take. It'll be interesting to wake up to what direction they decide to go in.

What's interesting is ultra cuck males are melting down online about Trump winning but they're such defeatist losers that I don't know if that means anything.

The general reaction online seems to be that Donald took the first 1/3rd, Hillary took the last part and that Trump kept getting baited. Hillary came off as scripted, Trump came off as real. I'm not seeing much of a definitive conclusion.

I think the polls are just reflecting Trump's current popularity more than the debate from what I'm reading.

There really weren't many questions challenging her record though. It was definitely softball towards her but Trump still should've been able to direct the discussion to what he wanted to and couldn't do it, for the most part. He needs help from speechwriters at this point.

1.He said more than that.
2.If Hillary Clinton blasted the war in her Senate speech for a full hour before voting for it, all anybody would rightly remember was that she voted for it.  Same deal for Trump, he said he supported it, there is no recording of him opposing it.

In another less well known interview he said "maybe this isn't the right time for the war."  At the start of this campaign, I would have given him a pass, but it's clear now he uses weasel words like 'maybe' a lot and he tries to take all sides of nearly every issue.

There is not a single statement where he comes out actually gives a declarative statement opposing the war.

His closest statement on the war is in support of it.
