My guess is she is now trying to channel "Art Anger" to get through this.  Her posts are getting more and more goofy - going from Victim to Aggressor (all forms of ME! )

This would be a big tell. Someone can get Art's callsign as a selected vanity callsign, but his license has to be expired or canceled for 2 years. Unless another ham is a relative. If Heath got her license, and then got Art's callsign in less than two years from now, it'd answer some questions and create others.

I believe you have to be an extra or at the very least general to get a 1by call.  I doubt Heather is licensed.
