Dave Campbell Although I cancelled my DM account beyond the last billing cycle it is still active, so I decided to sample some of Dave Schrader's archived shows. The post production and audio quality is inconsistent and frankly quite crappy. But what struck me was that I had to search several shows from stem to stern to find one single phone call, Just one - that's all I found. I think we can draw our own conclusions from that.

I doubt she is either, but the easy Technician class entry level license would qualify for Art's callsign. Have to be an extra class for 2x2 and shorter callsigns. A tech can get something like KA6ABC or W6ABC, but not W6AB or KA6YZ.

I believe you have to be an extra or at the very least general to get a 1by call.  I doubt Heather is licensed.

Why do they base whether they like the show based on phone calls? Don't get me wrong, some callers are amusing but it's usually used as a way to ask questions to a guest on things they haven't answered in their interviews. If all you do is open lines, what's the point of having a show format?

Janet Smith Hmm, I don't know where the host of the OTHER show broadcasts from, but probably not the desert, so, they are going to be looking a little silly hanging on to that name like they are. Heather Wade on the other hand, is broadcasting from the coolest spot in the world in a real desert filled with paranormal things. It's a win in my opinion. Nope, the dude can't match that.

Who knows? But it has to be considered what is the 'consideration' on whatever torts? Aside from maybe a few I doubt there are  'deep pockets' or covered by some insurance company to pay out? So why a lawyer try? Especially when they look into the crazy world of internet 'radio' and desert sheds and prefap homes.And witches. Even if they don't believe in magic a lawyer might not want to deal with such.
