I have a burning hatred for this nature's youth product advertisement.

She sounds like a snide skank bar fly, her inflection is condescending, the tactic is to try to make the listener feel like some kind of used up piece of garbage so they will pay for some product to fix it.
In the old days commercials used to try to project, however ridiculous, a positive image of life and people with their project.  Increasingly in modern times the tactic is to condescend, ridicule, take a tone of mocking dominance, or in other ways insinuate the intellectual or physical inferiority of the listeners/viewer.  Granted much of the population consuming media with commercials may be susceptible to such manipulation but those with functional grey matter would easily recognize the methodology and be put off.  If they can't run an honest advertisement then their product must be garbage.
