Ancient Egypt, what they called KMT, is our species' most successful civilization yet â€" measured in sheer duration.  3,300 years.  Greece and Rome are pikers by comparison.

yup +100

Yes, it's ridiculously aggressive. Grow it in a pot if you want it fresh.
Thank you Sci Fi I will try that I was honestly worried how to do it . I knew that it would take over where ever I planted it , after that !

Supermarket tomatoes have no flavor compared to homegrown.

Grandma's neighbor used to grow beefsteak tomatoes bigger than supermarket grapefruits, color rich as red dye.  Miss 'em.

Yeah, try it in a couple of big pots, 12" or more on the porch where it can be contained. It's so worth it to grate it fresh, but man is it aggressive.

Oh snap! It's the Millenium Falcon!  :D

Wonder if any amateur 3D modeler has attempted to make this formation and anything else — Bimini, Yonaguni — fit together, Pangea-style.  Rebuild the mothership.

GravitySucks

Now I'm getting hungry. I don't know if it the talk on MITD about dead cows or if it is all the food talk in the chat

There is a place that I have dove near LaPaz in the Sea of Cortez that sure looks like massive blocks about 60' square layer next to each other.

Really?

Also, Sea of Cortez, lucky.  Had a spot near San Felipe, once upon a time.

Good way to do it, that's more or less what I do. But if people want easy, buy GardenTone and toss some Epsom salt out every now and again. But I do recommend tossing out some azomite for micronutrients at the beginning of the growing season.

Compost...and sometimes during bloom some actual fertilizer but usually not much.
