Jefferson is a racist, old, dead, white guy and should be shamed, if not eliminated, from our history like all the others....

Yeah, he just helped create one of the freest places on the planet for people that were persecuted by religions and tortured, etc. Hate him so much than just go some place else, why stick around just a horrible place, I mean why even bother with that pesky constitution, who needs it? Just open up your college textbook and buy into the hate, no one maybe perfect, some people have flaws, that maybe what makes them "human".

He edited the new testament and left only the moral lessons of Jesus.

Our western civilization laws and social justice are based on the Bible.

Most of the founding fathers were atheists (Franklin) and deists at best.  I believe Jefferson was a deist. Most were not Christians.

My problem with last week's show is that I don't understand Marcum's timeline post-homeless shelter. I know he didn't want to divulge much about his personal life but to me I think that a lot of these things would aid/hinder my willingness to believe him as credible. Questions like 'What does he do for a living? How did he regain some semblance of a day-to-day life after this experience? How did he make it back to the warehouse?' stick out to me, and without that information I find it hard to decide one way or another.

I also believe he may be slightly autistic, somewhere on the spectrum, so things like him not thinking to look up the warehouse owner seem logical to me given that context.

My problem with Marcum was that it was boring. 'I woke up ummm, it was two years later.' Fuckin boring. The cool part about the original story was that it was an article in the news. After that first show it was all downhill. I think Macum was always overrated, it wouldn't even be in my top 30 Art Bell, maybe not even 50.

He of course was BSing so why not make the story not so boring?
