I believe that's an accurate description of what Art claimed with SXM/DM  If he had similar problems with DMDN/MITD, a program he's invested his own money in, you think he'd bolt after six weeks or own the problem and try to resolve the issues?

100% yes.  I don't understand why Art is obsessed with using Skype.  He's completely against cell phones but he's fine with the Skype issues.

I just hope he doesn't quit on us because of the technical problems.

Ghost Adventures is a great show. No matter if it's real or not, it's still good. If it's real it's cool to see that go on and have entertaining hosts, if it's fake I would compare it to classic WWF. It might be fake, but it's still fun and I am willing to suspend disbelief.

I have no idea why the guests (to promote their book, video, theory, religion) wouldn't get a landline or go to cheap hotel. Or go home (their parents/family might actually like to see them.) And use the landline phone there. It is so bizarre.

Art also had the backing of a 300 million dollar company, Sirius, behind him. Right now he has the backing of... Bellgab. That being said, Art was very different during much of his Dark Matter days, and I would argue that he was probably dealing with a lot of behind the scenes BS that was trike long in, not to mention, and I'm sure he would never admit it on air, Art was having serious problems getting callers at that point in time.

We agree, it's easier to leave a situation where a $300M company has its money invested, vice one's own money.

Still, Art told Good and Meador to piss off.  They were morons.  I appreciated it, and considered him giving them the boot was very professional.

Personally I don't care even a little. It's entertaining, and that's what I am looking for. I intentionally distance myself from this type of dialogue about the show because I don't want it ruined for me. No looking behind the curtain for me.
