Eventually yes it would. It likely would not be in the form of a Dyson shell, rather it would be in the form of a Dyson swarm. Even then if it hasn't all conglomerated together that would suggest that it was being maintained at the time when you looked at it, or nearly so.

A ring or equatorial swarm makes a lot more sense, right?
