So am I to presume that Syd Barrett was also the target of the CIA? Because Barrett took his drugs on his own, or friends pushed some on him. Much the same way Hendrix did. Hendrix and Barrett even hung out and jammed a few times and played at some of the same gigs. They were two cats doing the same things and drugs destroyed them. One through death, and once through the added destruction of their mind. The CIA had nothing to do with it.
It boggles my mind someone would write a book about it.
