Would any of you be excited for Hoagie to do a series of interviews with people who've made or been involved with great Scifi stuff?

Obviously. After all we can only see one side of it, can't we?

Yep I'm gonna go ahead and call that settled science.

More than anything else. He is a huge Sci-Fi fan (as am I) and would rather hear a show like this once a week at least. This one made me really want to hear a ghost centric show as well.

ShayP

Hoagie picking one classic sci-fi book a week and discussing it would be good stuff.

Hoagie seems to somewhat conflate movies and reality like the host for whom he until recently served as science advisor.

This is so sad, Dave now has Zimmerman and we're stuck with Hoaxie and his bullshit dispenser... Robert probably can't even appear on MitD.

ShayP

When I tried to call the show I was going to bring up Omni magazine.  Used to get that back in the early 80's when I was a kid.  Wanted to see if Hoagland was into it, etc.

It's wonderful, isn't it? :D

ONeill

OK, I challenge every flat-earther or flat-mooner to scientifically explain why the flat surface is always a circle. Why isn't it shaped as a square or a triangle or a random mayo stain?

I think Art wanted Dr. Z on the show but the Dave Exclusivity Clause prohibited it.

Probably why they got along so well until Noory lost that lovin' feeling.

1.) Omni ruled, I wish I had my old issues
2.) I think he just mentioned it the other nite, some story that he remembered

He did mention reading Omni.

Maybe that's what prompted my urge to call.  ???  Vodka haze... ;D

I'd love it. I'm loving this episode. I've exchanged e-mails with Richard and can confirm that episodes regarding Star Trek and Gene Roddenberry are in the pipeline.

For other 80's kids, this guy worked on the Transformers cartoon and movie. I want open lines.

I heard typing.

There has been some random clicking sounds.  All is right in the world.  8)

Creating a whole new radio with pictures...like Art did on Coast decades ago. :D

Looks like tomorrow Art has a Bigfoot guest.  Awesome!

The best callers are hillbillies who claim to have met Bigfoot.

You two are correct. This is a good show. So many cool stories to be told still. So many questions. He better have him back.
I am super hyped for a Bigfoot show tomorrow on Midnight!
