I think the difference is Rossy is getting guests outside of Richards comfort level, and Richard is proving he can pull it off for the most part, again, he is still learning.
Heather can book anybody for Arts show, Art is so good he can interview anybody and make it interesting.

I would agree with that. Art is Art, he could interview a jelly donut and we'd be interested. But most didn't expect much from Richard when his show was first announced, yet he turned out to be good and is far and away better than Dave at this point. I have no reason to turn on the radio and listen to the competition.
