I think the reason that MV controls the threads for MITD is so that multiple people don't start one and then they have to be merged or so that there aren't 20 pages before a show starts. Presumably this thread isn't as busy so could be controlled easier. Just my unsolicited 2 cents.

I definitely think some shady stuff went down but 40 years later there's no way they'll get a conviction and this is just publicity seeking in my opinion.

But I admit I don't know much beyond hearing news reports about it on wrestling podcasts... yes I listen to those, don't judge me.
