Just checking in to see how Knapp's show is. I'm still recovering from my last exposure to the Voice of Nooron so I will download the Good George's show later to minimize possible exposure and chance of post traumatic stress.

Pretty good show, TL. I'm kinda not buying the topic but good guests imho and of course Knapp is good as usual.

We shouldn't limit the ufo connection to movies. What about videogames? Ever since Space Invaders (or, even earlier, Spacewar!), we've been getting prepared for them. Luckily for me, I spent way too much time in my youth playing Asteroids and Defender so I'm prepared.

I have to admit that I only caught part of the show and have to head off to bed. Usually I'm a night person- but I'm about to fall asleep in this chair. Good show (as usual from GK), but I cannot do it. Do we get another Knapp treat next week as well- it really does help having only Saturday without a good late night radio program...

I'm surprised no one has commented on Knapp's show last night with guest Robbie Graham, a film historian of sorts who's written a book on the history of UFO movies. Knapp's usual cheap shots at the Air Force aside, I really enjoyed the show. Definitely intend to read the guy's book, "Silver Screen Saucers".

Anybody remember Crypto? He was in the game "Destroy All Human" i think for the ps2. you got to play as the aliens. Definitely my fav UFO featured game.

I bought "Destroy All Humans" not too long ago. It's pretty cool. There's a ton of good games for the PS2, but the resolution on HDTVs looks pretty bad.

Don't forget the game Prey, about an alien invasion, that Art did voice acting for.

thats funny you mention you just bought this... I was thinking of snagging a ps2 emulator. I read somewhere that the emulation is fairly good so... "Destroy all humans" and "starwars battlefront 2" are currently on my rom wishlist... that game "Prey" too i totally forgot that existed. I've never played it... looks kinda like the last doom I messed with a few years back might check that out too! thanks

Excellent game, had it all; cattle mutilation, mind control, anal probes... The best part is unlocking the movie "Teenagers from Outer Space" by finishing the game. Sounds great. Knapp's show w/ K. McCloskey on Dyatlov Pass was really good.

I kind of wish the topics were more interesting. First guest sounds okay, but the other one sounds like more paranormal-babble.

I'd rather hear a show where the topic was on a little more of a concrete subject.

It seems like only a short time ago that Saturday was the only day without Bell or Knapp... Now it may be Sundays only (to be fair, I have not heard MITD with Red, yet...)

I will be here and it really does sound like mostly a good show tonight (though I may skip out on Nancy.)
