The disappearing arm (which is moving in and out of view anyway) could be a simple digital glitch in the transmission of a legit picture... but the entire body and podium disappearing, while the flag behind is pretty much unchanged, is seriously weird and looks like the picture is a composite of Clinton and podium in front of a separate background, like they were perhaps both shot in different locations...
