You're right. Technically, they are high but, as you say, more recent research has broadened the understanding of cholesterol and fat, in general. In the past there was a bit of hysteria about it that often led to other problems. I'll always takes some if offered but still limit myself to 2 or 3. Damn! Now I want eggs.
