... She [Kathy] got told by an assistant manager to go get forms, she got forms, then she was told to get a deposit, then something else.
After doing all of that ( which took hours ) someone else came in and paid full rent and got the apartment she was promised.

The second manager told her she would have an apartment last Tuesday and when she went in she said that she made a mistake and Kathy was 5th on the mailing list.

So she got screwed over twice by incompetents...

Why can't she stay at Patti's place while she looks for an apartment?

I thought the same thing. I almost wonder if his denial of ever offering Bateman a job and Falkie telling all of us was just the straw that broke the camels back. I wouldn't be surprised if he rips Falkie a new asshole for sharing that corespondence in this forum

Noory is insisting MV take down a link to a different website which host old art bell material. I think it's archieve org or something. Noory also told MV he was having a paralegal browse the entire site to try to find something that is libel.

As noory is a public figure and eats babies, I think that will be tough.

Think about it, Dave got Jimmy Church off Keith's network and has him now banished to the radio land cornfield. And it was all done with using Jimmy's ego against himself, while Keith and Art didn't have to dirty their hands. And we get hours of fun talking and posting about it.
