Have you ever seen MV and Art Bell both logged in at the same time today???

Just sayin

I'm pretty sure MV is also everyone who has ever hosted a gabcast including me. It's all just an elaborate ruse so he can practice his Phil Hendrie skills.

Somewhere in Missouri MV has his playdough castle set out with his kids not giving AF about anything thinking about his next run to CostCo to pick up Pampers.
I bet hes liking the traffic its generating tho lol.

What is the point of Art appearing on the Gabcast? It's a damned-if-you-do and damned-if- you-don't situation for the host. If the host asks Art softball questions, the host will look like a Milquetoast. If he asks the "hard" questions, then he will be labeled as a "troll" by Art's ever present army of sycophants.

Besides, even if you wanted to be the "dick" who asks Art any tough questions, who's to say that he would answer them? Politicians get asked tough questions all the time, but never answer them directly. They just deflect and give their practiced responses.

Art has a platform every single night. A three hour platform. All he needs to do is call into his own show, like he has on 2 occasions already and take unscreened calls. How is a Gabcast going to be any different from that? Or maybe Heather can interview him again.

That's how I would like to camp. I wouldn't want to carry it into the back country, but that's why I always use porters.
I hate to admit this but, apparently, your style of 'camping' now has a term. "Glamping," unfortunately I learned this perusing a magazine during a flight. There are now whole businesses and resorts based on this lame ideal. And, no, it is not a safari- at least there you have natives to portage your stuff, you are in a foreign country risking getting boiled alive or a rare tropical disease, and you get to shoot something.

He was just trying to get you all horny with the Jammie's thing

He can skype into the GabCast from his home, and it is not as late at night as MITD.

are you saying he is rustling the proverbial jimmies?

I could see this site making so many diaper dollars that MV doesn't even bother to toilet train the kid.

That's kind of how I feel. I agree with everything you said. If Art called into his own show it would bump listener numbers for at least a week too. Plus with how good Art is at selling shit, they might be able to soak a couple dozen subscriptions from people.

If he goes on the GabCast he has nothing to gain other than to be blasted by bored dickheads who hang out on BellGab and /x/

That's going to be awkward when they get into high school. But the positive is it might help them get into college?

Yep, in retrospect, Art should have just called the GabCast unannounced.

However, there's still time for Art to do the Chris Carter interview--or at least call in sometime during Heather's--and that would be great for all kinds of reasons.

A one off GabCast is clearly different to doing MITD but I guess that narrative doesn't fit your agenda.

As if you aren't aware of Rollye's preferred broadcasting attire. If Rollye ever has a stalker, you are suspect zero.
This is where I am supposed to cry and be upset that you are picking on Rollye and calling me her stalker? Lol I think it is hilarious.

As for Art, more power to him. Clearly I touched a nerve questioning the original narrative.

MV can pull it off. He gave Noory a fair shake and can be reasonable but also hardball as warranted. If he thinks he needs co-hosts, I would suggest a sycophant and a detractor.

That would be an excellent idea. One of each fair across the board.

Sounds like you captured a EE.  Never met a EE who could play pinball worth a damn.  Just an observation.

I don't know about pinball , but he never loses an appliance war. Which can be a bummer, because I almost never get anything new. My appliances are probably older than most of the people on this site.
Not that I'm complaining.... ::)

MV should just host it alone and have it be a caller heavy show. Besides the ten minute goodbye from Jazmunda, hopefully it'll attract an equal number of sychos and skeptics.

Art, do you see? Can you fathom what 19 years of this is like? THE DOCUMENTATION TELLS THE STORY, AND NOT LOOKING AT IT TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION BASED ON THE FACTS AT HAND IS unprofessional of you.

Just admit it, mea culpa, case closed.

You've had 19 years of torment ..... indecision, anxiety, depression, failed relationships, wrong choices, rancid vegetables, pre-mature holes in your socks, and cloudy skies.
How do you carry on with all those weighing on you like that ?
A 'lesser man' than yourself just couldn't handle it ......
Good on you for harassing pursuing Art the way you have .....
But, most of all ...... thank you for including the members of BellGab in your noble quest.  Fascinating indeed !

Ironically it was (Redacted) who put the screws to George the last time he called into Gabcast.  That was also the night everyone's favorite green chick went primal on George's ass. Great radio!

Wouldn't it be great if George called in during Art's Gabcast appearance?

Yep, to balance everything out. Caller heavy is probably not a good idea, however, because I think it would automatically be heavy on sycophants and weak on detractors because it's easy to be a detractor when one is posting, but not so easy when speaking directly.

Two occasions? I just remember the first one, right after he fled on that first show. Did he call in later?

I still vote for MV and Art, if the show slows down, they can call Jaz.

Somebody just slipped me $50. I think Showroom Dummy should be on too.

What can Art even really say at this point? He's painted himself into a corner. We already know the official line on everything so the most he could do is come off looking badly on this (no offense) little podcast. Why disgrace himself like that? This dude was a guest on Larry King at one point in his life.

Here's the answers

"I think Heather is doing a great job." Which will turn into 30 minutes of this being answered the same way with different words.

"The official stalker story." Which will be ripped to pieces by skeptics.

"I'd like to come back but I can't because of the stalker." Which will again be ripped to pieces by skeptics.

"I have no control over anything." This will be a gangbang of skeptics.

Add in about 30 minutes of sychos calling in to thank Art profusely and blah blah blah. And there's your next GabCast.

Barbara Walters or Charlie Rose, among others, could definitely do this interview right. MV, maybe, if he was prepared to take the flack. Art does have a platform with MITD but it's fairly useless for the purpose of clearing anything up. Heather is the lead sycophant and incapable of doing a tough interview in any case. Also, Art isn't willing to take a chunk of time and do a "true confessions" segment on his own.

MV should step up and do the show. Art can handle himself. Let the chips fall where they may. We'll sort them out as is the tradition here.
