Hoagie will be Hoagie.  An eccentric, old coot.  I couldn't take him every night but I enjoy it when Art lets him out of the attic and lets him do his thing.

You've just been awarded 19.5 bonus points.

Martin always creeped me out and Hoagland seems like such a fraud.  I'd take John Mack but he's dead. Oh well, not drinking these days anyway . . . :-X
Yeah.  Martin was creepy to me, too. I believe in a spiritual side to life, that we continue after death.  I do not believe in any church and not in the god of the bible at all.  If a god exists, it is cruel to allow all the suffering that goes on, to create a planet in which we eat each other.  It's a sick god, if there is one.

Martin, though, to my memory, did say on Art's show that if anything happened to him he has papers that will be automatically sent to the proper people (papers concerning the corruption of the church).  He died by being thrown (or jumped from) a hotel window in NY, if memory serves.  Shortly after that the paedophile scandal broke.

Has anyone thought of that?

Oh, even though I do not believe in religions, I do think that the Catholic church rituals are magic and there are probably some very good people there, as in most religions.  It's the dogma that I detest.

Hey Gabbers. I made a 12 question quiz about Art Bell. It's not super easy, or hard, just tried to make it kind of fun. :)
Enjoy. https://www.playbuzz.com/pathojenj10/how-well-do-you-know-art-bell

This is so creative!  Thank you.

We've talked to our friend Joel Martin a lot about Father Malachi. They were friends until his death and Joel definitely believes his death was suspicious. There are still ripe clues here to be discovered, and when Joel isn't so busy, we will have him on the show again and see what we can discover.

So, if I dress like a shoe...

You'd get at least one foot shoved *all-l-l-l-l* the way in you.....  possibly daily.  On the plus side, it may be a really pretty foot......

Are those redeemable immediately, or do they require a Bologna Bulova Accutron to activate?

Mean no, accurate yes. I bet 10 bucks he never says anything verifiable the entire time he is on.

Doesn't that imply we'll have to listen to C2Cam for his *next* time?  Are *we* willing to endure that just to win a bet?  Hmmmmm.....

Depends on your specific torsion field parameters.

Oh.  Great, thanks!  I only needed another 19.5 points to operate my hyper-dimensional artificial comet so I'll talk to ItsOver about that.

I hope I can redeem my points for a Hoagie Accutron.  Then, the World will be mine.

The beauty of Hoagland is not in his content, but his hair. I defy any of you to have a coif this nice.

Right you are! I made his hair part of the cover of this issue of the old defunct UFO Mag. Inside is a cool article by magazine founder Vicki Ecker about the two of them, back in the day. You can download it here, if you are feeling romantic.

MV...you are from the industry...did you ever have any reservations that open lines might not work as well on a pay format like Sirius/XM? both from a technical side and a caller pool side...Thanks...

Well, with or without radio experience, I think just about anyone could have foreseen the caller pool on xm was going to leave a lot to be desired. I recall in 2013 when it was announced that Art would appear on that platform, I immediately got a knot in my stomach but I hoped for the best. We're finally getting "the best" on July 20, 2015. Art going it alone was what I wanted from the beginning.

This is an excellent primer on all things Bella, PathoJen! I'm mortified at how low I scored, but at least I'm still a Friedman.

Martin wrote a book called "Windswept House" where he basically does a tell all about the intrigue he saw in the Vatican and just changes the names of the people involved. Very creepy book, even goes into a purported black mass that was said in the Chapel of St. Paul by a crooked cardinal in the 60's. Also in there was some stuff regarding the bizarre Masonic P2 scandal and the Vatican Bank.

I missed three questions, although I think it was Sean  Morton who got in trouble with the SEC.

Did you ever release the 3rd Secret of Fatima that Malachai Martin told you? I believe you were given permission to reveal it once he passed.
