Who said anything about six Months? I know it will take time. However I am willing to bet that in that period we will do a lot better than you think.

I am not rich as defined these days but I am comfortable enough to build the Studio myself which I will start doing as soon as we sign the deal and that could be in the next Week or so. How much we announce and when will be up to our Partner. There are some details I do not want to talk about anyway because of the ears we all know are listening.

I will have a couple of computers in my face at all times so I guess I could snap a few shots if anybody really wants to see my ugly mug.

Yep!   This is major NEW info!     ...but I'm still not ALL-IN, time will tell.

No worries, when we stand with ART victorious in that coming arena....and you decide that you are, finally, ALL-IN...you can clean the dave off of our armor.

Time will tell...  I'm not ALL IN that there will be AM/FM broadcasts and not ALL IN that Art has solved the bumper music cost issues.
I'm an ALL IN Art fanatic. Listening again to LIVE broadcasts of Art again, is what's exciting, no matter if it's AM, FM, Internet or Baby Monitors, I'll be there!

I can't wait until the day Art is back and can listen again with my Mom, that turned me on to Art in the early 1990s.
My Mother is Paranormal Du jour. I'm a complete skeptic that fines Art extremely entertaining.

I have 3 months left until that late July deadline. Can we say maybe by December if it is necessary and it is comfortable?

What did you think about the bunker/shelter idea for your studio also? I'm not connected with them. I saw them on 60 minutes their name is Vivo. From the inside they look just like a house would. I believe that they have windows that are computer screens so that you can have different scenery and seasons.

Thank you for not showing the south part of the poor cow. Though something about hearing LMH talk ing about 'cored rectums' admittedly was an interesting AM radio, and other,  flashback. And especially a beauty queen talking so dirty. Normally that kind of stuff was in dark memory holes of visiting some bookstores in Germany and The Netherlands, years ago. Wow, in those places even the post office or airport magazine rack was shocking, and seeing the magazines on sale. I think "cored rectum" was even a 8mm loop by the Dam. sigh. They say the internet ruins youth.
