Although Midnight In The Desert has a certain cool, sexy vibe to it; I think The Art Bell Show is better for marketing and promotion.  Art Bell has name recognition and that should be used to it's fullest advantage.

I really like the midnight feel to a new name- maybe Meet at Midnight or Midnight Encounters or Midnight Underground or Dark of Midnight. I'm sure others could come up with better suggestions. So excited that you're letting us be a part of the process. Thank you for keeping us posted, Art.

As the show progresses it will sweep Midnight all across America.

show should be? It can be anything from Dark Matter to The Art Bell show to New and Shiny Things. I am up
for ideas.

I vote for The Art Bell Show.  It's your name, it's your brand, it's your domain name, it's what people know.  Any other name just doesn't immediately indicate to people what or who they're getting, and the who is very important in this instance.  There's such a sea of content out there that the best possible thing you could do is just use your greatest asset, which is your name.  Front and center.

Red Eye was a decent program when Doug McIntyre hosted it. Then Cumulus bought the show and stole the name for their stupid trucking show.

Ha, yup. They forced him back to KABC mornings & gave the show to those two yokels.

It was AWESOME!  remember the fly me to the moon opener song, he always played good music and had a knack for radio

Doug is a total pro. Incidentally, WABC brought him back just yesterday for the 5-6 PM slot.
