Art quit, and that sucked, but I don't hold it against him, man.

If Art said you have a beautiful body, I bet you would hold it against him.

I don't know. I think in order to hear Art's new show I'll be purchasing one of these.

Looks like you'll need one of these:

I don't think of Art in that way, sir.  You embarrass yourself.

Funny, I don't feel embarrassed. You must feel embarrassed for me, thanks for caring so much. :D

The biggest unanswered question about Richard C Hoagland is what does the C stand for and is it able to be said on air. I'll take my answer off the air.

Well, what I wrote was open to interpretation.
How you interpret it was up to you.
You are the one who took it to a pervy place, not me.
Yes, it's a moldy oldie of a joke, but so much more.
I was curious how you would answer, I'm funny that way.
My ego doesn't depend upon anyone seeing humor in my twisted reality.
I've been a dick to you for a while, you've avoided any confrontation, until today.
Good to see you take the bull by the horns. <Tips Hat>
I may be uh-asshole, but I always try to be a good asshole not a bad one.
If you live long enough, you will be every character in this play.

Juan

I pulled this back out of the closet to listen to the new show.

I am sure some topics will be loved by some and hated by others, it is never possible
to please everybody all the time, that is one of the first things any Talk Host must learn.
Some of my best shows were filled with computer messages in the first hour or so that
said things like " dump this jerk and go to open lines" but by the end of the show people
were saying "Gee Art that was one of your best shows ever". On the other hand sometimes
the jerk HAD to dumped for open lines. Many times some of the BEST shows came from open
lines. That is the magic!
Absolutely! One of the great things about your shows was the feeling that anything could happen. The flexibility married to unpredictability.

$5 a month is very reasonable for the best in the 'biz. Once you open the gates, the subscriptions should flood in. We're only getting started.

There's been no more vocal critic than I. However, there's also no bigger fan of Art Bell then I. I liked his programs long before he ever became known to most people. As much of a disappointment as he has been to me in the past decade or so, I am willing to plunk down my hard earned cash to listen to him again. Whatever it takes, whatever amount, I am in!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Now this is an example of a true fan ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

wr250

lets make a comparison
george noory does 40 minutes an hour of programming less bumper music . (actually he never exceeds 40 minutes and is usually between 36 and 39 minutes, i used 40 for rounding). this is taken from the length of streamlink downloads.
over 4 hours thats 160 minutes , or 2 hours 40 minutes.

lets say art takes 6  minutes (he did say short break at the top of the hour) at the top of the hour (with bumper music included - 5 minutes for commercials and 1 minute for bumper on both sides). a 3 hour show, thats 12 minutes + 1 minute for show begin/end bumpers for 13 minutes. 180 -13 = 167 minutes.

we will get 7 more minutes of content in 1 hours less real time.
and not have to listen to noory hawk carnivora, psychic pills or toomeric encrusted pizza rolls.

If planning on being an Art Insider subscription member, you'll want'a upgrade to a 'hi-fidelity stereo' sound-card.

Considering what I used to waste on DirectTV and ATT, sign me up.

Asshattery is afoot, sports fans.

I hope art has all the technical aspects sorted out. That worries me, as many podcast have issues.

Just look at the gabcast, it seemingly has a ton of tech issues and has at least 2 technical "experts" at its disposal. I'm not knocking the show, just pointing out there are a multitude of issues that can arise.
