I just heard something on a Phil Hendrie show that applies here:
"You sound like 50 Shades of Jack Ass."
That is gold. Carry on.
And all sides can apply this as they like ;D

Yeah I lost it at work. People stared. And the conversation it was part of was so over the top when Phil said that it was beautiful. And I thought about all the fighting, and jackassery that has gone on with all sides lately and decided to share it. If you can't laugh at yourself you are doomed.

I totally agree.

Lost, then found to only be lost again and now here it is, at last, the audition tape of Heather swinging at the ArtBell compound with a guest cameo of the snoron at the 1:17 mark.

Now you know.

Chump.  That's not Heather.  That's me.  Note the signature moves.  Accept no imitations.

Pretty sure that is not the 80's...But 21 pilots is interesting.  Have you ever looked up Baba Brinkman?  Raps mostly on evolution, and did the "Canterbury tales" as well.  Being a non-political thread, I will skip evolution- though his evolution ones have many more views...
The first is for fun- the second is in honour of your screen name (though you would have to listen to the end more than the beginning to understand why...)

There were multiple appearances by the likes of Dames, Kaku, Malachi etc. On the flip side who is everyone's favorite one off or infrequent guest?

I had never heard of Baba Brinkman, I really liked it! 21 Pilots is a band that's current today, they're not from the 80's. If youlike Brinkman, you might like Dan le sac. He's a rapping Brit.

I have to confess that I enjoyed thou shalt always kill and will probably look up more of his stuff.  I had only heard Brinkman a few weeks ago, and have taken to his music.  I'm not much of one for mainstream rap- but something with a good story or an actual message is always fun.

She was good but I wouldn't call her a one off or infrequent guest. She had multiple appearances. Good bless her 3 pack a day habit.

coaster

There was nothing remotely interesting or entertaining about Paglini. I never understood why people liked her. eh.

Wasn't she the one that claimed she was a "spiritual warrior"?

Yeah never understood the interest in her.

I never cared for Paglini or understood her popularity.

It's tough to pick a favorite, but Dr. David Darling is probably my current favorite:  a great scientist with a keen open mind and a remarkable grasp of metaphysics too, and also a damn charming guy who has a fantastic rapport with Art.  Hearing those two talk about my favorite subjects sounds like my fondest conversations with my smartest and dearest friends.

I guess Art liked her, but it is between Paglini and "the numbers lady" for my personal least-liked guests.

I didn't have a favorite show, but enjoyed the shows on ancient Egypt the most.  I remember Art talking about lying in Khufu's sarcophagus in the Great Pyramid during his trip there, and the search for a secret chamber under the Sphinx.  Hancock and Bauval were classic C2C for me.  But I think their C2C appearances put Art on Hawas' enemy list.

For me, it was just entertainment. I could suspend belief and just listen. I have a tendency to pick apart guests that are pseudoscientists and ufo researchers or secret space program plagiarists like the one last night. With Kaku, I have to pay too much attention to see if I can learn something.

I just liked the way she and Art interacted.

LOL That was hilarious...  his playing a recording of them walking around, huffing and puffing, and Hawass being a prick in the background.

I would add that I THINK she actually believed what she was saying.  I have a preference for guests who actually believe what they are saying regardless of my personal beliefs.  I think most (many) of the guests knew they were full of crap, but would continue on anyhow, and that was not the impression I got from EP which made it a fun listen (no, I don't believe I need a witch to protect me.)

Yes.  I agree that she believed what she said.  She also seemed to be so very negative that it must have been a scary thing, inside of her head.  Maybe some people who fight against 'powers' must sacrifice some personal happiness.

Hmmm.

If he comes back, awesome. But I've been listening anyway, and Redacted's great, especially the last couple of nights. A hundred times better than the competition. Having a paranormal thing to listen to in the middle of the night that isn't C2C is rad.
