If that were true, Kraft Foods Group could photoshop a picture of George Clooney eating a plate of nachos slathered in Velveeta imitation cheese product and use it in their advertisements.  It's illegal.

Trust me, I can see doing it for the money, if I needed it, nothing wrong with wanting money. I don't know about integrity, I hope I have some. I just love Broadcasting and luckily for me I don't need money. It also makes it easier to try new stuff because your not afraid to break the golden egg.

Since we are taking a pretty big gamble by putting on a LIVE free show the one thing I am not willing to do is lose money, I hope enough people find it in their hearts to cough up five bucks a Month for the inside stuff, downloads, wormhole and anything else we can think of. This will be a interesting experiment.

If he is trying to make $ off your name and likeness I think you have standing*. Especially since it is implying you endorse him. Considering what seems to be the common consensus the character of this Church fellow it also be libel **

I'm pretty sure it was because I recall when the red "dream team" pic popped up here on BellGab, and when Dave offered him a gig he must have purged all of them in favor of pics with him and Dave.  Jimmy Church is a sad mad who is willing  to offer his services to the whoever he thinks will make him famous... and makes poor choices.
