Let me just explain to any 90 yr olds out there who don't understand how Facebook works:

Whenever I open up my very own Facebook "page" with my name on it and everything, first thing I see is what any of my "friends" have sent to ME. 

Since I am a "friend" of Art's, when he sends out something on Facebook, it NOT ONLY appears on HIS page, it ALSO appears on MY page, as well as on the pages of all his other 4,999 "friends."

I do not apologize that I may at times share what has been given to me under the most open possible conditions one can share one's photos, thoughts, or whatever else may ring their bell on any given day.

The prep school that Zuckerberg attended had a student directory that they called Facebook or something like that.  They put it online while he was there or just prior to when he was there and continued calling it  Facebook.  Then when the Twinklevoss Twins paid him to build a social site and then went and stole their idea he called it Facebook.

He has never really had an original idea.  As far as I can tell.  And the only reason he has any money is because he went to Harvard and has a shit ton of connections.

Facebook sucks and so does Zuckerberg.

I don't know... He lives just outside a small town called Pahrump.  My guess is that there is probably one school in that town and you could probably figure it out.  Also, how hard would it be to find the compound with the radio antennas and where he lived?

I know that he is somewhat of a celebrity- but if he did not have major problems even in his prime I cannot image that it is an issue now.  People really are paranoid now...

Yes. I've wondered about this. We are also taught/told not to panic or run for the exits in the event of a fire or something....but then they make a sign that clearly shows a guy running for the exit?

I agree with wotr in that he's not nearly a public figure like he once was, and I'm sure most people leave him alone.    Besides, if people really want to know where someone lives, it isn't very hard at all to track people down.  It's sickeningly easy actually.  But personally, if I were Art, I probably wouldn't even say where I lived.  Or maybe I'd lie about it to throw people off.   No reason to make it easier.

Pink Floyd runs Facebook:  I thought everyone knew that.  Zuckerberg just pretends to so that PF can remain in the shadows, unbothered by media types, but it's been a not closely enough held secret for some time now.

That is Art's choice.  Maybe he's managed to escape the paranoia Jorch constantly pushes on Coast, unlikely as that may seem.

One other tidbit (since you now know the truth about Pink Floyd and Facebook, thanks to others):

Immediately under whatever posts are shared on Facebook are three little blue words, "Like," "Comment," and "Share."  They are clickable links.

As a reasonable man, Art knows or should know (as the law would state) that this offers the opportunity for all 5,000 of his "friends" to SHARE what they have received with potentially millions of their other "friends."
